The phone is somewhat easier to use than the Samsung Galaxy 4.

This is my very first smartphone. I bought this about 2 months ago when a $250 Best Buy gift card was offered. Couldn't go wrong with that. Phone should open with your thumbprint, but I rarely have luck with it and result in using my password. It took awhile to get used to the size because I cannot put it in my pocket unless I take off the case.

It's much faster than the s4 I traded in. Samsung is a good brand

All the positives the salesman will tell you are 100% accurate. OS is awesome. Battery is weak link. Maybe 1 day on full charge with limited use.

There was a glitch - when placing a call a speaker was turning on automatically, no matter what the settings were (system and apps), but after the last system update (July) it was fixed. Other than that malfunction everything is perfect as usually from Samsung.

It took me awhile to upgrade my phone, not because of my contract- more so because it's hard investing in new technology now and days. I made a non regrettable decision by FINALLY switching to the Samsung Galaxy S6. Although the S7 had just been released. This phone was the most affordable, but also the hardware was dependable and the software is VERY user friendly. I needed a phone that was versatile, durable, and easy to carry around when taking snapshots on tripsome. Not only did I get all the above, but the camera is beyond quality I've seen before coming from a cellphone.

Like the ease of the phone but the battery runs out quickly

So far we aren't having any problems with the phone. It's a nice updated galaxy. At first we were having trouble with it wanting to constantly update. Once we took it in it was a simple fix of putting it on the correct network. Now there are no problems.

I upgraded from the Galaxy S4 and the S6 seems cleaner and easier to use. The display is great and the battery seems to last longer than the S4 battery did. Only complaint so far is I can't figure out how to have message notification both ring and vibrate.

I love how you are able to customize the phone and sync to all my google accounts. I have utilized most of them from the calendar to the note (keep). Overall, I feel like it has the same functionality as the iphone. It just really depends on what you prefer.

Had an S4 now the S6. Camera improved. Rest about the same

Bought this for my son and he cannot say enough good things about this phone. He loves the way it looks, performs and the sound quality of calls, even though the texts and emails more than he calls.

Works great. Love Samsung Pay and Fingerprint Scanner works flawlessly. Camera is top-notched for it's era. Screen on time is a bit weak though... tops out at just under 4 hours. Needs a battery pack/charger.
