I upgraded from a Galaxy S4 that was still in great shape and good functioning condition for the new model. Wow, where to start: firstly this phone is gorgeous. The photos you've seen on TV and online really don't do it justice. I've found myself more than one just looking at how well-put-together this thing is. Second: the camera is absolutely phenomenal! Both the front and rear cams process images so well and so quickly that it's hard not to get a good shot. And optical image stabilization is probably the most obvious addition as you no longer have to widget about holding your breath to take certain pics. (For example, taking a picture of a check for online deposit.) The last thing I'll mention is the speed. My S4 got an update to Lollipop two days before I got the S6 and while it performed much better than KitKat and was a pleasure to see working so well on a two-year-old device, it is BLISTERINGLY FAST on the S6's octa-core chip. If you aren't sold yet, just go hold one in store and you'll be ready to whip out your wallet to own one.

This is my first advanced smartphones and I'm loving it! Not only does it's have great features, it's easy to navigate and I love the fact that you can edit your own apps not have to use the standardized apps that are on your phone that takes up all your memory I would highly recommend this product to anybody especially if you're familiar with the Android phones!

I am very happy with my new Galaxy S6. The design is beautiful. It feels very solid and works great. The response is fast and the screen is looks great. I wish it had the ability to accept an SD card but the 32 GB appears to provide ample storage. So far I am very happy with my new purchase.

In spite of some of the negative reviews, I find this new s6 is simply amazing. The processing speed is unparalleled and amazingly fast. The seen size in my opinion is perfect with incredible color and resolution. The wireless charging just blows me away and is simple straight forward. The esthetics are beautiful even though it is prone to fingerprints and if that is the worst anyone can find about this phone then it has to be remarkable.

I had a Samsung 4S and this one is much better. The camera takes nice clear pictures. I like the slim design and large screen. The white color is nice and clean. Had to get used to buttons being in different places, but its all good. Best phone out there in my opinion!

Went on vacation and didn't take my camera... Samsung 6 camera is very easy to use and gives great pictures with easy editing. I'm older and did take class offered to learn more about my 6. My 6 also charges quickly which is a great convenience.

I was looking at the M9, but the S6 is just a better device. The camera is outstanding, Samsung's own processor, and a Quad HD screen make this the best Android phone to date. Unfortunately you will have to deal with a little bloat from ATT or whichever carrier. Most of the apps can be disabled or uninstalled.

The display is nice and sharp and camera takes sharp and clear photos. I haven't used all the different settings on the camera, but seems pretty easy to use. My main issue with the phone is that the battery drains pretty fast so I always have it in power save mode which helps. The good thing is the phone charges fast.

After a week of Usage: Pros: - Nice Camera. Unbeatable in its class. Who ever says iPhone 6 is better is lying trust me. [9/10] - Screen Blacks. Because its turns off the screen. It can't get blacker. [10/10] (Careful just screen blacks not whites) - Screen Brightness range. Very Low to Very High.[8/10] - Insane DPI 551 [10/10] - Flawless Finger print reader. Better than iPhone [8/10] - Biometric Sensor. [7/10] Neutral: - Personally to me it too Jewelry type design.[6.5/10] - Slow, Not as snappy as other Android devices its 2015 Samsung. [6/10]. - Will get spoil in water [5/10]. S5 was better why take step backwards. Cons: - Screen whites. There is no white at all its YELLOW. When someone buys phone they look at screen for most of the time. This phone has YELLOW screen.[2/10] - HEAT up. The device was hot within an hour from unboxing it. [2/10] - Graphic Performance. Heats up device. Benchmarks are not as good as HTC's. [4/10] - BATTERY LIFE. Lousy. Like what should I cay there rail Fast charger. All the time? [2/10] - CRAPWARES: Full of Junk from ATT and Samsung. I mean such phones gives you motivation to root and install some custom ROM. I installed Sense 7 [3/10] - UI.!!!! Seriously 551dpi and Icon size for Grandmothers.[1/10] - Unlimited CRASHES. I restored my phone settings from other device. Recommended by samsung. Phone crashed Left and Right. [1/10] - Full of bugs. Camera crash, News stand crash, takes 10 sec on flipboard. Please hire some QA folks samsung. [1/10] - THAT ANNOYING BLUE LIGHT for NOTIFICATION. Ever heard of Subtlety Samsung?[1/10] Over all [5/10]. Giving good camera and shiny design is not everything. What matters is experience. Fix your screen YELLOWS and HEATING problems get 1 more star. Why [5/10]? I am not anti-samsung or anything. May be I have used too many phones to nitpick details. Some of the design features that are not stolen from apple are far from subtlety. ~~ SAMSUNG MARKETING. PLEASE LEARN TO TAKE ONE INSTEAD OF THUMBS-DOWN YOUR NEGATIVE COMMENTS. ~~ You know captivate was awesome device for its time. I was a proud owner.

So glad I got this upgrade. It is easy to use, fast and has great features. I especially like the small things like turning the phone over to mute or lifting to ear to make a call. And the camera is fantastic. But. Eat of all is the battery: lasts forever and charges quickly.

Have had the phone since April 10th and it's great phone. I Saw a lot of complaints about previous iterations of touchwiz, but this version runs incredibly smooth. The Camera takes great pictures and launches really fast. No reboots other than when it loaded features when first booting and activating the sim card. Under moderate to heavy use I can easily get a full day. Light use for past two days and I'm sitting at 5% with no charging this evening. Provided Samsung charger seems to be able to charge about 40% in 15 minutes. Great phone!

Good phone. Fast and responsive. My biggest complaint is battery life which is terrible. If you fiddle around with some apps, the battery is drained quickly. Samsung really needs to address this. Overall nice selection of apps and nifty features. Samsung pay is much better than Apple pay too.

Superior camera to iPhone. Quicker and less glitchy than the Edge. Also sturdier and has more cases and belt clips available than the Edge. Just not kewl that there's no SD card any more. Oh well.

Good phone, slippery without a case.Good camera but too many steps on other screens to make adjustments. Runs hot and uses a lot of battery life. Charges up quickly. Still exploring features as I Stumble upon them.

I apparently got a lemon when I purchased this cell phone. Had several problems with it. One great point is the camera. It take awesomely crisp clear pictures. And the size of the cell is perfect, graphics are good and it had a lot of great functions. My issues with the phone was it kept shutting off and wouldn't turn back on without resetting it. After a week I was reseting the cell at least 20 or more times a day. I took it back to best buys and they exchanged it for the 64 GB.

I've had iphones up till the 5, then I recently upgraded to the S6 and I'm blown away. The build quality is excellent, the speed of the phone is excellent and the camera is amazing for a phone. I love how I can customize my phone and swype text is beyond amazing and very user friendly. Iphone did not have that feature. I recommend this phone to any Android user and to the Iphone user looking for a better phone. Give it a few weeks and you'll never miss that iphone.

Great camera, takes quick and clear pictures with no sound. Love how easy it is to use. The charger that it came with is a "fast" charge so the is a huge plus.

The first phone i purchased of the galaxy s6 the battery will drain 20% in in least then 30 mins on standby without touching the phone. I return it to bestbuy to exchange the phone and it turns out the the phone I originally purchased was a defective phone. Now that i got a different phone the battery last longer i mean something much reasonable. I'm not familiar with the line of android and galaxy because previously I had a windows phone for three years but the screen is super crisp the volume is loud for ringtone and any notification the quick charger is awesome. I highly recommend this phone. I hope this can help

This phone basically has it all: gorgeous display, great camera (by far the best I've ever used on a phone), perfect size, fast and smooth processor. Would recommend it to any smartphone user!

I upgraded from the S4 and could immediately see a difference in speed. Like the finger login. My only complaint is that you can't extend the memory or access the battery like in the S4
