My son loves the fact that he didn't have to buy a case to protect his phone. This is the longest he's gone without marring up a device. He doesn't like the fact the battery life is shorter than his previous phone. Otherwise he really likes this one

I've always had the galaxy series from the S3 to the now new S6 Active. I'm a little upset that there are no cases for it yet to protect the phone, but ad for the phone it's self, amazing!!

This was a nice upgrade from my former Galaxy. I hope the Active holds true to its durability.

My wife has dropped 3 phones in the toilet. she can drop this one and it will still work and I won't have to buy her a new one.

I have been a Samsung buyer since they started with the Samsung phones, I love the S series phones, and the actives as well! I just really love how Samsung thinks of everything when building and designing these phones! Great Product

I would recommend this phone to anyone considering getting a Galaxy Phone, this one is the same as the S6 in every way, just better. Take the S6 and add waterproofing, shockproofing, and add over a 1000 mah to the battery.

I'm in the army and constantly on the move, I drop my phone alot and goes threw all types of environments and has not gave up on me yet. Best of all its child proof lol my daughter can't break this phone if she wanted to.

I have damaged 2 cameras while fishing so this is the last chance for me to meet all desired uses. So far good results. Only been in the rain so far and no problems. It is a little clumsy in hand and you will accidently hit buttons when you pick it up.

I have been a Samsung customer for a while now and I have to say that this phone does everything I used to do with the galaxy note and then some more but with the relief of been waterproof.

I am in the construction business and wanted a device that could take some abuse. This device is reasonably water proof and shock resistant. Also was looking for an alternative to Apple.

This is the best phone ever invented. Specially for my son who always dropped his phone. This has a cover built in to protect the phone. No need for a case. No need for insurance as well.

Absolutely love this phone. Samsung is much easier to do any task compared to Apple phones. Battery does last longer on the S6 versus S4.

Bought the phone based off owning get an earlier version (S5) for my teenager who is super rough on his phones. Needed to have enough durability, glass that could withstand some tough handling and water resistance. This fits the bill!! Makes me feel comfortable about spending the money vs. the more expensive requested iPhone (which he would likely break in the 1st week). Superb quality and fits the budget with our wireless plan.

The active is a great phone, I am a contractor and for the phone to have it's own case is great. The buttons on the face make it a lot easier to operate. Great pictures and video.

Overall a good phone I don't have to worry about getting wet. The only exposed connector is the charging/connectivity port. If you try charging the phone with water in the port it will remind you to dry it out before using it. Battery life could be better. It is okay if you are not constantly on the phone but drains quickly if you make a lot of calls or use other features. No Micro SD port so storage is limited to what is on-board. The Active-5 had a sealed SD port, they should have kept it on the 6.

Performs like a Samsung phone should. I have accidentally dropped this phone a couple of times and the protective case that the S6 Active comes in did it's job, no damage!

Great phone. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is the back side of the case is a bit slippery. Other than that screen is great, slightly bigger than an s3 but love the speed. Getting used to all the new functions.

Used it for over a month now, no issues with screen or battery life. Works at least 24 hours on full charge. Maybe a little room for improvement in screen response time.
