Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Which is partially true, you can expect to have limited LTE and no 4G access with this phone on their network. Calls will be made over 3G only. I spent more than an hour with an engineer from T-Mobile yesterday troubleshooting why I only had one bar of signal with this phone while the LG next to it had 5 bars of 4G LTE. After an hour the engineer told me to take the phones back and that there was nothing he could do to help fix it despite the specs claiming to have the proper LTE bands (12/2) for my area. I did that, paying more for the T-Mobile versions instead, the T-Mobile versions have a different baseband and in the same spot in my house I now have 5 bars of 4G LTE with the T-Mobile S6. It's a great phone, but if you can't make calls on it, it's not very useful. It's very likely that it works fine with other carriers but it is simply not 100% compatible with T-Mobile.
