I am a little disappointed that it is a step down from the S5.

The phone is not working they said they couldnt exxhange it for me

Purchased this for my daughter. She loves it. Great camera.

I didn't have internet for a few days & Best Buy nor Sprint could figure out why. It keeps telling me its docked when its not plugged into anything! Then my phone doesn't show when someone is calling. I was told this phone was "better". The factory resets couldn't even make it better.

This phone has been a great improvement over my last phone.

It's alright, but I don't like I can't use my SD card.

Phone works great. Easy to use with no problems so far!

We bought 3 of these. May 212015. As of today 2 have completely died & had to be replaced with the same piece of junk. Will never go to best buy again. Would not give me one off the shelf & have a replacement sent to them. We were leaving for vaca the next day

Will never buy another phone from best buy. Nothing the salesman told me about the phone was true. And now I'm stuck in a 2 year contract with service that is terrible, and a phone that does nothing that I told the salesman I needed.

I bought it because I was sick of my Apple4s and iTunes. This one is just as bad and is loaded with apps that you cannot remove. Sometimes it won't load songs or audio files fro your computer. sometimes you cn.

The phone only lasted 16 days, the mother board went 9 to 11 days to fix. Had to go to Samsung repair shop. Have heard from Verizon and sprint service people after the purchase the phone is terrible.

Being a galaxy user since they have come out, the S6 is one of the worse releases that they've had yet. It is still a great phone but just not the best that Galaxy has release prior to now.

Phone broke on day 15, one day past warranty. I had to send it in for a manufacturers defect. It was fixed, but I demanded a new phone as I wasn't going to have a lemon phone for two years.

Does its own thing . Opens unwanted web pages when trying to dial a phone number. Makes dinging noises all night. Turns wifi on when it wants to not when I want to.

Leased 3 thru sprint. Worst phone ever! Upgraded from s3 and s4. The old ones worked most everywhere. These do not even work in my house... do not purchase!

Not able to connect to the Internet while on a call on while using some apps if my s3 was able to do these functions why not s6 $200.00 wasted thanks

I had an I phone 5. What a big mistake changing phones. This is the second phone on 1 month time. I had to go to best buy several.
