AWFUL, compared to my traded-in Note7!!!

But I get it, phones exploding, so I traded it in, even though by February it seemed clear that my phone was fine. The problem is that the 7 Edge is SO bad in comparison to the Note. I wish they could have just let folks wait for the next Note. Now I hate my Samsung and may just move on to another brand. On top of that, the folks at Best Buy, though they were being really nice and trying to help, were so frustrating. There just wasn't anyone there who had all the necessary knowledge to make this purchase happen in a normal amount of time. For the second time in my Best-Buy-phone-purchasing experiences, I was captive in that store for over 2 hours! It was painful. I may be giving up on Best Buy AND Samsung. So sad!

Blazing fast

I never thought I would see the day that buying a phone would cost as much as a down payment on a car. But then I never though I would pay more for a gallon of water than I do for a gallon of gas either. Oh well, times they are a changin'.
