Best Buy and Samsung employees in the local Best Buy store said it was purchased beyond 14 days prior and informed me they could not replace phone or glass to my disappointment. Otherwise, the phone is good and the employees were polite and helpful.

Great phone, just wish it was a note
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I changed from a note 7 to a galaxy 7 edge because I loved the note so much. I do like the edge a lot but I miss the note. My only complaint about the edge is that sometimes when holding the phone I'll touch the edge of the screen where it's curved and it will do something I don't want it to or not do something I do want it to because I'm touching the screen accidentally. Otherwise I like everything else about it.
