Good product. Service was lacking. I went to the store in the Monday before I bought the product and the salesman wrote down the sales price was good to Saturday. I came back on Friday and was told the price went up. I was told they would not honor the price I was told on Monday. I left but returned on Saturday and purchased product. While setting up my new phone the salesman seemed bothered by my questions.

There are some amazing things about this phone but my number one feature is the battery life!

This is my very first smartphone. I had a samsung flip it phone for 8 yrs and decided to upgrade this is the phone I went too. Best Buy had a great deal on it better than Verizon did. I am still learning how to use it. With what best buy said I will be coming in for them to show me how to do somethings on my phone its free. This phone will probably be with me for years to come just like my other phone was.

It is a nice phone with great features, specially the curb makes the screen feel much bigger.

This phone is great.. Had the note 7 before recalls... It's not as great as the note 7.. But after the recalls it is the best phone around.

Trading up front a note 2 I find this s7 edge to be more capable, faster, and a better display.

I know you heard all the pros. (pretty, fast, nice camera, etc etc) here are cons. 1. I keep touching the edge so I had to get a case :p 2. it gets hot really easily. I thought this new liquid cooling would help, but nope. it's darn hot all the time. 3. battery life is pretty "normal". If you think about how much size upgrade it got this time, the playtime of this phone should be a lot longer, but it just uses so much energy all the time, so it doesn't feel like I got battery upgrade. But yea, I still like it and would recommend.
