Had the Note 7 which I loved, but I had to go to the S7. Great design and nice specs. Not the Note 7 but still a great samsung device

Had a Note 7 but turned it in due to recall. The Note 7 had more features but the S7 Edge is a close comparison. It is a nice phone.

I used to have a galaxy s5 and the camera quality wasn't the best, so I was super happy when the s7 edge camera quality was better.

The prices of new phones these days are getting more and more costly with monthly payments. So we decided to get the "older" model with just name being the only real difference between the S8 and this S7 edge. I'm not a fan of the edged screen and the problems of finding good screen protectors but my wife loves this phone. My advice would be to get the Geek Squad to apply the protector since it will be covered for the life of the phone. Even the guy at the store took 2 packages to get it just right.

There has been a small learning curve on differences between my Galaxy4 and the 7 edge, but nothing too drastic. I personally think I would prefer just the 7, not the edge, but the edge was cheaper. I worry about my phone not having the best protection from a case, since the case has to allow the edge to be exposed. Although I have dropped it a couple of times in the case and it has been ok.

Upgraded from Samsung s6 edge and love the new features! Define toy worth the upgrade!
