Absolutely love my Samsung Galaxy S7, it's just as I expected and more. My main concern with a new phone was great pictures and fast processing and it definitely delivers both! I've even received compliments from Iphone users (yes even the new Iphone 7) on the great picture quality. In addition, it's fast and the battery lasts quiet long, I typically have 45-50% by the end of the day of normal usage (emails, texts, FB and light internet usage via wifi mostly) and more if I use it lightly through out the day. In my honest opinion, this is one of the best phones out there right now and i'm familiar with both Android and IOS platforms. I have had this phone since the day it launched and I'm actually doing this review on it now. It has done more than any otger phone I ever had do. I can even play oldschool Doom, Doom 2, Final Doom-Both TNT & Plutonia, among others with a junk of modern day mods with it through mobil source ports. I am also able to play oldschool video games on it as well through emulation. As far as the Gear Vr for it, I am blown away with everything including the virtual arcade arena with classic arcade consol games. A mist have for those that long the samsing galaxy line like myself$!!!!

Performs well. Easy to use. Sleek. Does everything you could ever need a phone to do. Better than an iPhone. Takes awesome pictures and video.

Been a devoted Galaxy S and Galaxy Tab lines for years now. Unless you devoted your life and devices to apple, you should already know how much Samsung can do. My laptops, xbox one, tab, phone, and TV all synced? YES.

This was such a good purchase from Best Buy. After shopping around for this cell phone, it was the best deal by far. Also, after purchasing an SD card, I received a free charger.

Phone is waterproof. Took it to a water park and worked great. Speaker didn't work to well for awhile but after drying off, worked normally again. Battery life is not as long as they say. But overall phone is not a bad purchase.

In the past I have always gotten my phones from my cell phone carrier, but this time I bought my Samsung Galaxy S7 at my local Best Buy. I was able to save quite a bit of money buying from Best Buy, but make sure you speak with a knowledgeable person. Some of Best Buy's sales people have no idea what they are talking about especially in the Battle Creek, MI store. I looked at the S7, S7 Edge, and S8, but decided to stay with the S7 because of some complaints on the other models. The S7 isn't much different than the S6 that I previously had. The S7 adds water resistant and a microSD card, but in spite of other reviews, I think the camera is a step down from the S6 camera. Like Galaxy's of the past, the S7 is delicate with a glass screen. But, I always put screen protectors and a case on my phones right away. This phone has a great camera, better than many stand alone Point and Shoot cameras, but not as good as my S6. It has 32 GB of internal storage and can expand by adding MicroSD card, so there is plenty of space for apps, photos, videos and music. It is very quick and reactive. Apps and the internet load very quickly on 4G or wifi. I think having the faster processor and 4gb versus 3gb helps. My battery usually lasts 12-16 hours for me, which is perfect. It also has fast charging capabilities. I can usually recharge my S7 from 0% to 100% in 90-120 minutes. I highly recommend this for any Android users looking to upgrade. In the end of the day, this is a great phone and I am glad I upgraded. I usually replace my phones every 2 years and will wait until the S8 replacement comes out.

I entered Best Buy just looking for a way to lower my cell phone bill by switching service providers. To my pleasant surprise, I walked out with a much better phone, lower monthly bill, termination fee paid for me and substantial Best Buy gift cards. The Samsung Galaxy S7 phone that comes with this switch turns out to be as close to a perfect phone as one can hope for. The phone is slim, light, water resistant, easy to use features, great connectivity and lots of memory. Managing the settings are quick and easy to follow. The camera takes very sharp pictures and offers a variety of useful accessories. I have also had better success with a few apps on this phone than on my previous Windows phone. The Samsung Pay app is a bonus that separates this phone from most others. All in all, this phone does everything that I ask of it, and has included some additional features that I am sure I will love when I start using them.

Can't say enough, it's a great phone! Processor speed is fast, phone and application use is fluid. Screen resolution is excellent. Touch response is precise. Camera is great, although could be better in low light. Battery life is good in comparison to it's predecessors S5 and S6, but could be better . I have to charge the phone towards the middle and end of the day, but I am on it A LOT throughout the day for work and private use. Would like to see better battery life in future products. Endless apps available. File transfers are fast. SD card from Samsung is a little weak, had to replace it before a year old. Call quality is great, extra volume boost works good. Device is water resistant which is a BIG PLUS! Overall easy to use. Definitely recommend.

The galaxy s7 is an amazing phone fast powerful good storage with extendable sd slot low light camera and to top it all off true water resistance and liquid cooling strip and a great feel and look the s7 is the phone to beat in 2016

I've had every Samsung Galaxy except the s6 (because they took away SD card and ability to switch out the battery). I was excited to learn the s7 would get SD card and waterproofing back, even if battery would still be locked in.The s7 has been great from the moment I started using it. Very fast, smooth, great battery life (and I use it all day long) and gorgeous screen. The gold back and the gold accents on the front are awful for smudging with fingerprints but since I have it in a case I really don't notice. I would definitely recommend this phone. A friend who had had iPhones previously switched to this one and loves it as well.

Hands down the best smartphone that has been made to date. Performance is excellent, the camera is the best I have ever used on a phone and the battery life is well above average. Waterproof is a nice insurance policy against an accidental splash or toilet bath. The return of the SD card slot is much appreciated. It is nice that Samsung listened to customers and returned features missing from the S6 and fixed the mediocre battery life that hurt an otherwise excellent S6. I'm glad they kept the microUSB charge port instead of adopting USB-C early like some other vendors. Samsung absolutely hit this one out of the park. This may be the first phone I actually hang onto for an entire two years in a long time.

The GaLaXy~S7 was a better "hand/grip size-fit" for my small hands, from the giant Note3 I upgraded from! It's an awesome, fast & super quick, waterproof mobile device itself. Samsung has never disappointed me in all the years I've picked a SamSung product, and the quality & performance always gets better/faster & cooler every year! I can't wait to see what they have coming out NEXT! I wanted the new EDGE @ first but they were sold out at the time of purchase, but I'm glad it happened that way as I love this phone probably even more anyways. It was definitely ment to be that day bc it's pretty much indestructible (waterproof), sleek/thin, & fits in most of my tiny-tight pockets/small clutch purses, & small palms unlike my Note3 I upgraded from that was ginormous! LoL LOVE MY new S7 & definitely worth the investment on a smartphone choice.
