This phone has been amazing! I went from an S4 to this S7 and love it. Samsung has done an amazing job updating the platform. I don't have any issues with freezing, or locking up.

I really love this phone,I've not had any proplems with phone so far.the sales guy was very nice his name is Francisco was ver helpful.

Purchased for my wife and she is loving it! Only regret is the battery life, her old LG would last all day, but with all of the features of the S7 I think she is using it more.

Have been using Samsung phones for many years now. Skipped the S6 as I really utilize the expandable SD option. Only gave product 4 stars as there is noticeable lag time in waking up the phone.

I love this new Galaxy phone. Everything I expect in a Galaxy and more. The screen colors are very vibrant and clear. I especially love that they brought back the SD card capability.

Overall I know this phone is a good one but I only had to switch to it due to the recall on the Note 7, that was a newer model so the specs we're a bit updated than this s7. On the plus side, I got a Rose Gold one which the Note 7 did not come in.

I find that certain things on this phone don't work like the S5. It is always looking for a Wifi connection even after turning off that setting and doesn't auto connect to my home Wifi. Not worth the money really. Can't see that it's better than my S5

The s7 is a great and beautifully device. I purchased the pink gold, one. Not only is it easy on the eyes, but it's extremely functional. Lots of storage space and new features.

Being my fourth Galaxy phone I have high expectations. To date the OS environment changes seem logical & positive: but the non changeable battery has me uneasy... so I'm hopeful that my usage style & the battery life are compatible!

I absolutely love Samsung products. I have waited for this phone and I actually toyed with getting a Note 7, but decided to stick with the Galaxy S7 instead. Great job Samsung.

getting used to the new settings. Although, I like the previous ring tones and notification alerts. Wished they would've carried those over to the S7.

Purchased for my wife. She loved the color and the display quality. It does crack easily though. She dropped it and the back cracked pretty bad. We got a case soon after.

Great phone except the slight curved edge screen...kind of like the edge not a great design...screen protectors dont fit properly the one good thing is it hasnt blown up yet

This is my 3rd Samsung phone. I've had Note2, Note4 and now the S7. I'm used to the size of the Notes, and would have gotten the Note7 had it not been for the battery issue. But other than screen size, I haven't really had any issues with it

I had a Note 2 so the learning curve on this phone is minimal and I like that. I am having some issues with permissions in some of the apps. I have been back once and have to go back again. I am hoping that second visit will solve the issues.

I love the phone and everything about it. I am a sprint customer and I wanted to get another phone, but I see sprint doesn't offer the 2 years contract anymore. Please bring it back.!!!!

Haven't had any issues. I'm an average user so it's fine for me. Went to this from an S4, so you can see I take care of my phones. Hopefully this S7 will last just as long

This phone was for my son, who traded in his S5 for this one. He is supremely happy with it! All members of my family have Samsung phones, and we have never had any issues!

Phone has great features. Touch screen could use sensitivity adjustment. Have to push down a couple times to select. Haven't gotten used to sensitivity yet. I thought camera would be a little better. Still looks grainy in low light images.

Went from an apple i phone to the Samsung Galaxy. Love it! So easy to use. The staff at Best Buy was very helpful in putting together the transaction and helping me set it up.
