I bought this phone for my mom to upgrade from a galaxy s3, she really likes it and it was an easy transition for her.

Impressive speed and battery life. Lasts a lot longer than S5, even when running multiple apps or games.

Storage is great. Pictures are very clear. Too many apps that can not be removed. Makes calls very well.

Premium from start to finish. I love that they got the sd card back. Thick and stronger glass. The camera is unbelievable expecially if you take the time to play with the settings. Just the loud speaker is worse compared to the s6 but that's a trade off for water proofing

Purchased the Samsung S7 as a Christmas gift. Best Buy was great getting it activated on the existing number then deactivating for a Christmas gift. Phone is fantastic. Very quick and responsive. We had a about 4 updates to the software but phone is great. Nice upgrade from the S5. Would recommend this phone to others

I upgraded from the S4 and I was excited to get this new phone. I work in a building that is all steel with zero cell service and it is very important that I am able to receive calls and texts at work, with my S4 and wifi calling I had no trouble. I was able to makes calls and send texts all day, the S7 wifi calling is horrible, it won't stay connected and you cannot text with the wifi. This may be a Sprint problem, when I contacted Sprint support they told me they have never had wifi texting, okay but I always did with my S4, the people that don't speak English told me that I didn't, AGHHHHH! After further research on the Sprint website I saw that indeed there is no wifi texting, but it should be available later this year. How can Sprints own people know nothing about their service? I can only use wifi calling in my steel building if I turn on airplane mode then turn the wifi on, other than that it connects and disconnects all day. Other than that it is a very nice phone, the camera is great and does all I need it to do. I have a hard time understanding how the S4 had wifi calling and texting, but the S7 does not, I thought with an upgrade all would be better on the S7. I recommend this phone if you do not rely on wifi calling and texting. I am so disappointed, I would like to go back to my S4.

I love this phone with all the features it offers, high quality camera, audio is very good from the standard built in speaker, and voice recognition is excellent. This is the 3rd Galaxy S7 on my family plan and we all love it. Mine is coming up on 1 yr, and the others are 6 months and 2 respectively. Not one issue from any of us.

better battery and easier to use than my previous Galaxy S4
