I bought 2 galaxy s7's with Jocelyn's assistance. The total sales process was smooth with her help as we kept running into Sprint customer service issues. She is knowledgeable in the product, Best Buy's procedure and who to ask for help rather than ever saying NO. The Samsung rep was also excellent. I am sorry I cannot recall her name.

This phone is great! Does everything I need it to do and a lot more.

I went from the note 5 to this. Loved both phones and yes i do miss the s pen, however i like being able to fit this one in my pants pocket without having a huge slab of a phone protruding from my leg. I also like being able to use it one handed.

I normally don't like a phone with a self-encased battery but, my battery life is wonderful!! Samsung did a very good job with this phone. I am always diwnloading/ playing games on this phone & Net Flix is beautiful to also watch on this phone!! :))

We got a great deal through Best Buy online on this Samsung S7. We even were able to get the color my daughter wanted which is hard to get. Setting up the phone was easy and its very fast compared to her last phone (not Samsung).

With its water proof feature, might be the last phone I ever buy.

Great phone, have been using HTCs for some years and decided to switch, not disappointed, it's a beautiful phone. My only complaint is i don't like the glass back woul prefer metal but since i use a case most of the time is not too big of an issue

Ive always had android devices. Been through the Rant, S3, Note 3/4/5, now back to an S model. They get faster and more functional with each mew release. Miss the larger size and s-pen of the previous Notes. But this one works like a champ.

Upgraded from an LG G3. I really like the fingerprint reader. It makes opening the phone one handed and without really looking at it very convenient. That coupled with an OK Google command to kick off tunes in the car keeps my eyes and attention on the road. The SD slot returned with this iteration of the Galaxy so the memory is easily expandable. The battery isn't replaceable, but is something that I can live with given that the device is "dunk-proof". (I haven't poured champagne on it yet though). The mobile hotspot included in the unlimited Sprint plan is a nice bonus (3GB/month included for free) if you have a WiFi only tablet or laptop with no WiFi around. I've tried it a few times with the phone and it has worked well. I purchased the phone in store and the employee migrated my phone and set everything up making the switch painless.

Great samsung galaxy. Have it for more than 6 month ni issues...

My son loves the phone. He is happy with the features and look.

My last few phones have been Samsung Galaxy products. This one is exactly as you would expect. It is similar to older models with nice upgrades and a very good camera. If you have liked the older models, you will like this one even more.

This is a beautiful phone, but don't let that distract you (too much) - it also performs flawlessly and is so fast! Unless you're completely hung up on other manufacturers, give this phone a try. I really don't think you'll be disappointed.
