I can't stop playing with this new phone! It looks great, the screen is incredibly sharp, the colors are vivid, and has so many more features than my old S5. I just wish I had bought this sooner. Keep up the great work, Samsung!!

I just love the Galaxy S8+. Everything from the large screen that makes reading content easy, to the fast speeds that it has for performing its functions, makes this phone a very good choice.

Got this phone for my mom as part of the buy one get one free promo. I got the note8. The s8 plus is just as beautiful as the note. It is super fast, has adequate storage. The camera takes very nice, clear pictures, and the display is absolutely beautiful. It is my mom's first cell phone and she's loves It! She can't put it down. Has so many features that we are still playing with. But would absolutely recommend this phone.

Love the large screen, phone/camera/computer is incredible and has such functionality, like swiping to get everything in any application and on the home pages. The Samsung Voice Recognition capability isn't great yet, so I just turned it off and the very functional Google VR software kicked in. I expanded the edge and raised it a bit higher than any apps on the pages to make it simpler to use. Very versatile phone-tablet--phablet!

So far this has been an amazing phone. The battery lasts a full day of frequent use and the screen looks beautiful. I love the tweaks to the always on display where I can now control music by double tapping and the sound enhancements make the music sound great. I even dropped this phone the second day that I had it and not even a scratch. Although, I was completely terrified after seeing horror stories of people's screens shattering from small drops. I only have one complaint and that has to do with screen protectors. Because of the curved display, if you get tempered glass (which is my preference), then it won't seal to the screen like most tempered glass protectors. They only have a thin strip of adhesive that glues it down around the edges. This makes it so that if you put a case on the phone then it will pop the screen protector off. The other option is the thin plastic screen protectors that are flimsy and aren't as smooth. I can live without a screen protector, but if you can't and you also have to have a case on, then you may want to look at another phone. All-in-all though, I absolutely love this phone.

While the S8+ is noticeably larger than my previous Galaxy, I got used to the size change very quickly. The S8+ has a substantial, solid feel. It’s quick, responsive and has a gorgeous display. Very intuitive and easy to use. Battery life so far has been excellent. Plenty of storage plus the ability to expand. It also takes incredibly sharp, beautiful photos. I love this phone!

I bought this phone unexpectedly because Best Buy had a great deal associated with buying a Gear S3 when upgrading phones. I loved my S7 Edge and had no intentions of replacing it early, but I couldn't pass up on the deal. I've had it about a week now and I don't see any big differences between this and my S7 Edge functionally. I'm not what you'd call a power user -- I pretty much use my phone for talking, texting, reading emails, playing a couple of games, etc. If I were a power user, I'd probably see more differences than I do. I am looking forward to Bixby Voice when it comes out because the only thing I really miss from my iPhone days is Siri. I will say this about the S8+ though: it's a BEAUTIFUL phone. I got the Orchid Gray color and the matching cover, and all I can say is DANG, this is a pretty phone. I'm a week in, and I still find myself just looking at it. I downloaded one of the free themes designed to go with the color scheme. I get compliments on it routinely. You shouldn't buy a phone just because it looks good, but this phone is perfectly functional and beautiful to boot. Two thumbs up.

After spending the last 10 years with iPhones, I finally decided to make the switch to Android due to a lack of any real new useful offerings from Apple in the past several years - and I'm glad I did. The S8+ is the perfect size, managing to cram tons of screen real estate into a package that still hits the hand perfectly. The Touchwiz launcher on top of Android OS is snappy and responsive. The screen is bright and beautiful and the features are outstanding. I was worried I would regret the switch, but after a month and a half of use, I'm honestly not sure why people are still even using iPhones.

This phone is simply awesome. Battery life is excellent. Device is lightning fast and easy to use. As an Android developer, I never thought I could enjoy a device without root access. This thing has changed my mind. Thanks Samsung, for an awesome device!

This is a beautiful phone. I love the highly polished surface which appears to be very durable. Be careful in handling because with the surface it tends to be a little slick in the hand. I purchased a clear protective case which cures the issue without hiding the phone's beauty. Fast processor, long lasting battery and great camera may make this the best phone I have owned. Time will tell.

Not as responsive using Swype mode as my 4S was. Makes up words on its own and replaces them for real words. Delete word more isn't as easy. Great camera. Quick load of page/app clicked on. Battery power lasts a long time. Sometimes moves apps around on its own. Had added apps I do not use.May not have been worth the huge expense. Navigating is more convoluted. Wish I had gone with a 7, but it may grow on me. It may be a matter of ESTO- Equipment Smarter Than Operator. I don't even know how to set up Bixby or if I should. It's been over 30 days so I can't return. Besides I have bought accessories. Love the size.

The S8+ is quite spectacular... I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a solid device with great camera and great battery life.

My daughter will only use Samsung phones. This model does not disappoint at all! Pictures are so vivid! Love the easy user functionality too!

I've had an iPhone since iPhone 4... I've decided to move to Samsung and Android...no regrets!!! Love my new phone it's beautiful screen is huge and narrow enough for one hand usage unlike the new iPhones, which is too wide in my opinion! Love that i can customize everrything!!! ... i thought I would b challenging to use Android but I didn't miss a beat! It's so easy I had no issues switching platforms! I'm so glad I switched!

I traded in my S7 Edge because I hated it so much. I've been a Samsung girl from the get go but horribly disappointed with it. I almost gave up and got an iPhone. So glad I didn't. This phone is fast, calls sound crystal clear, takes amazing pictures and stores thousands of them. I like the size as well and got the Orchid color which is lovely. Recommend!

Had the phone for a few months and no issues battery last forever only issue is with three bixby software which I wish could be removed.

My previous phone was a Samsung S5, so this one is longer, not as wide, and has curved edges. I got used to the curved edge very quickly and the camera is way better than the S5. It's easy to use and since I came from the Samsung family, it was very easy to get it back to just the way I wanted it, which was similar to my S5 for apps and the look.

Got it for my sister as a gift, upgraded her from the Note 4, but she loves the phone, battery is amazing and she loves the camera.

First bought the new galaxy s8+ on preorder release April 21st. Let me start by saying this the most impressive , stylish and quality phone I have owned to date. The battery life is beyond excellent I get roughly 28-30 hrs battery life off a single full charge while enjoying it normally something that hasn't been possible with any other cell phone since my note 4 on kitkat. The bezeless body and infinity screen is art the screen real estate coupled with the resolution maxed out at 2k is beautiful whether watching YouTube videos or playing your favorite games you cannot go wrong. All in all I'm so satisfied that I purchased this mobile phone really has changed my day to day life in terms of just not bring dependent on being next to an outlet 24/7 But easily handling all the tasks I throw at it with ease. 5/5 highly recommended, Samsung has step up their game in a way that makes apple devs crawl back to the drawing board.
