Best phone

Other than that phone is still the best in the market. Battery last 16 hours medium usage and 8 with heavy usage.

Best Buy did their best to correct my S5, and did a great job, but it kept getting VERY hot, so we discussed new phone options. I wasn't ready to spend this much on a phone, but I'm very glad I got a new one. I've been a Samsung customer for many years, and will continue to be as long as they continue to make good products!

When I realized how great the camera was, how well protected it was, and all of its other great features, I wish tha t my phone had been eligible for an upgrade, too.
