This phone is an excellent upgrade from my previous galaxy s6. I love the functionality and the larger screen. This is the best android phone that I have ever had.

Love the camera on this phone and all it's functions. I have already sent Best Buy Mobil in Mesquite a long term customer. Will be sending more customers your way.

Aside from having to get used to a larger phone, this one is faster and better in almost every way from the S5 I'm upgrading from. The only negatives are that the battery can't be removed and the edges are slightly curved but it looks like that might be how all Galaxy phones will be going forward. It's a personal preference and if you don't like those aspects, get something else. Otherwise it's a great phone.

I am still learning about all the features on this phone but at present, I am just loving it. Not loving the cost, lol. All and all it seems to be a great phone.

Samsung S8 & S8 plus design was amazing, Excellent camera and display as well, the slight edge curve looks beautiful. I love this phone and Samsung brand always.

Before I get started on listing all the positives, I will say that I returned the first unit I bought due to a defective unit with color and haptic feedback issues. This new one is working very well. I have a tendency to jump around between iOS and Android devices to find the best phone and 2017 definitely goes to the Galaxy S8. You can't start an S8 without talking about the gorgeous display. The Amoled screen and it's color range, HDR capabilities and true black really gives you a viewing experience that no other phone on the market can compare with. The near bezeless front of the phone merges perfectly with the metal chassis and glass back, making it the most beautiful phone Samsung has ever made. Performance wise, there is almost zero discernible lag. Touch Wiz/ Samsung experience is no longer choppy and ugly like it was in previous Galaxy iterations. All the apps I have installed and running smoothly and I haven't run into any problems yet. The fingerprint scanner is very good but located in an extremely awkward place next to the camera. After smudging the camera by mistake a few times though, I got used to it pretty quickly. Besides, the fast Iris scanner makes it so I almost never use the fingerprint unlock anyway. Try he phone out in stores first before making a decision, as the giant size and no bezel look might not be for everyone. However, if you're looking to get the most recent tech that both looks good and performs well, this is the phone for you.

I have owned several cell phones and the 8+ definitely tops the list. The display is absolutely gorgeous and the battery life is outstanding especially considering the display size. I am a power user and still have 30% left at the end of the day. On a side note, the fingerprint being on the back is a non-issue, especially once you have a case on it. Your index finger goes right to the fingerprint scanner.

The phone in my opinion is the perfect size, it's fast and the display is beautiful.

This cell phone has the very good camera. It can make photos very well even inside a not lighting room. Also, Best Buy’s staffs were very nice to customer.

I was skeptical at getting this phone. I have been reluctantly purchasing my last two phones that happen to be Samsung's. Both have suffered from the same typical Samsung maladies: battery duration quickly degrades, battery and phone have a tendancy to frequently heat up, and operating system shows signs of failure about 1-2 years into the life of the phone. I decided to give the Samsung one more try only because Best Buy had a special on the phone where it came with a free wireless charger and a $100 Best Buy gift card. The phone is very nice. I have had it for exactly one week and thus far it has been serving me well and operating fine. The battery was amazing at first. The first 72 hours I only had to charge it once - when it came out of the box. The initial charge lasted a little more than 3 days! I only decided to charge it when it hit 30%. So, after 3 days it only consumed about 70% of battery. That was pretty amazing. However, after use of the phone got more normalized (i.e. blue tooth and location GPS turned on), the battery life has shortened - but, still pretty impressive. I now charge the phone every other day. A full charge does last about 36-40 hours. Not bad. I do fear that over a short period of time the Samsung battery will require daily charges - or worst yet, intra-day charging. This is bad because Samsung now has followed Apple in not allowing for the phone battery to be replaced.

the S8 + has been a great phone for me. There are a few apps I'd like to delete, but this isn't the pixel, so I shouldn't expect true control of my phone.

Everyone knows this is a top tier phone. There are others but I do prefer android to Apple. Wife currently has the 6S plus. Her iphones have always struggled to take good photos against my Note 4, Note 5, and Now the Galaxy S8 plus. I also prefer the android system to Apple. Android system has been so much better for a while now. Apple fans need to stop reading here. And I going to mention that I can add a memory card to expand my memory and easily save my photos, back them up and move them to my next phone. Great phone, fast with games down loads and zero issues.

Excellent phone, very fast. Battery lasts two days. Camera takes great pictures.

It has large screen which I absolutely love and takes great pictures. It also has some great features. The only thing I do not like about the phone is when you are using your talk to text, you either have to be on wifi or data which in my opinion is about dumb. I don't want to waste my Data if I'm where I can't actually type out my message to someone but other than that I love my phone.

This is a great phone. Awesome screen and a great camera. This phone has it all. Can't go wrong with the Galaxy S8+, by far the best phone I've ever had.

This comes as close to the Note 7 without the stylus as possible. The tecnology may even be better. The home button/sensor is now located on the back which I thought was gonna be an issue, but I acutually think it is more user friendly and you have a beautiful screen that that is almost infinite im length. Great sound, great picture easier to charge with the usb-C port. Try it love it.
