I wanted to wait until the next Note as I've been a note user since the Note 2 bit I'd dropped my Note 4 enough that I needed to get a replacement. The S8+ is an excellent phone. Large enough size that it felt comparable to using my note. Very fast and responsive. I am giving the rating on the phone because it deserves it. That being said, this is likely the last phone I purchase from best buy, at least as a pre-order. I purchased out of loyalty however because they failed to deliver by the guaranteed due date, I missed out on a great promo which was the deciding factor in buying now or waiting for the Note 8 as my old one had issues but was still usable. I literally had it in my Samsung cart before deciding to go to Best buy for loyalty reasons.

The way this "large" phone feels on your hands is absolutely abnormally small. I used a note 5 before and this feels significantly easier to use when compared. Display, sound, speed, battery life and the overall product quality is amazing. Every penny worth the upgrade..

Looong time user of the galaxy phones I've had five notes and now two edge... powerful yet with control... processor and battery.. slick handling yet comfortable... canera is exceptional yet simple and professional.. its up to you..... personally my favorite phone ever

Great pictures and really cool features. You can do soon much more with this phone compared to the iPhone 7. My husband has the iPhone 7 and he is like wow...ur phone can do that...I wish mine could. It really is a nice phone and easy to use, and I have AUX jack.

Firstly the bixby idea is dumb especially for not having English right out of the box. However the rest if the phone completely makes up for it. It runs smooth, has plenty of space, and picture quality is great. The battery also lasts crazy long for frequent use.

Coming from a iPhone 7 to the Galaxy S8 Plus was a little bit of a learning curve but well worth it. I love this phone! I love the larger size and the incredible screen and battery life! It is also much faster than my iPhone! Would definitely purchase again!

I have not been disappointed with this purchase I love the phone. You will not be disappointed either the display is amazing the camera is amazing. It's incredibly fast and the battery lasts forever! And of course Best Buy always has the best bundle deals!

Best pictures ever from a phone. Also holds a charge longer than any other phone I've owned. Perfect size for the palm of my hand. Soft touch screen, no pounding to get icons to work. The last phone I had was bad about that. I love, love, love this phone !!!

I love this phone. It is fast, and connects to the wifi and picks up signals that my old S6 couldn't. I like the face detection feature and the size of it. The screen is great, you can actually watch a movie on it. I think its better than my wife's iPhone 7.

We are die-hard Galaxy fans. The S7 was a bit of a frustration bc of the horrible battery. The new S8+ has been awesome! Love the size! It's big but not too big to fit comfortably in your hand. Super fast. Sleek. The battery life is amazing.

I'm going to have to take more classes on all the abilities of the S8+. I am realizing I'm only scratching the surface. I'm really enjoying the speed, the camera, the wide screen - I had the Galaxy 3 before so it's a noticeable improvement.

I can't say enough about this phone from it's slim design and awesome picture as well as easy to use there's so many things Samsung got right with the Galaxy 8+ I learn something new everyday about this phone tons of awesome features.

Fast and well-planned. This phone has more features than I have even used so far. Attractive looking, larger screen. and easy to operate, i will keep this phone for a while. I am more than satisfied with its performance.

I love my new S8 plus! I always do my homework before I make a puchase of something this expensive, especially if it's something I will be using a LOT, because who wants to be frustrated daily by something they paid a bunch of money for, right? Well I've had the phone a few weeks now, and let me say there isn't a trace of buyer's remorse happening here! Battery life far exceeds any phone I've ever owned, it's easy to navigate settings, the screen is gorgeous, good call quality, great camera...I could go on and on, and to top it off, Best Buy had a great deal going on it, so I won't even take a hit to my wallet.

I purchased an IPhone 8plus tried it for about two months. I sold it and went back to best buy purchased a galaxy 8plus. it is so much better FASTER ,ez to use. and the camera is beyond great in comparison to the iPhone 8.

Amazing phone,takes great photos and has a fast processor!

Upgraded from S5 to the S8+. I love the bigger screen, rounded edges, and sleek, lightweight design. The camera audio and video are so much clearer. The only thing I miss about the S5 is the charger port cover. When I keep my S8+ in my pocket all day at work, it tells me moisture has been detected and it won't charge until it decides my port is dry. Had to buy a wireless charger.

The s8 plus is a great phone. The camera is fantastic, the processor is fast, lots of internal storage and I love the edge technology. I have had this phone for 2 months and have still not explored all the trickiness!
