I have been using an iPhone and upgraded to an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S9. It has been a frustrating experience: 1) AT&T Visual Voicemail will not work. Apparently I need an AT&T branded S9 to get that. No one informed me before I purchased this unlocked phone. 2) I have chat history in Viber and WhatsApp that I cannot move to Android. For example, Viber on iOS will backup the chat history to iCloud and then Viber on Android will try to restore from Google Drive. Not very smart. 3) The constant "helpful hints" in each app, reminders, notifications, buzzing, beeping... it's enough to drive anyone nuts. I just want to get work done. I would not recommend this mess to anyone. If you have an iPhone, stay with an iPhone. If you're happy with Android, good for you.

I bought a new galaxy but they sent me a used one.

First two days the phone was good but after the update it started behaving little weird. Few of my application installed got uninstall next day with the update. All my contacts got delete had to get the contacts back what I did in the start. Again after few hours all the contacts and few application got deleted. Something wrong with the phone I've return the phone immediately ended up wasting $ 35 restocking fees never going back to SAMSUNG

Hello, I really don't know why the rate of s9 is so high so far, probably Samsung spend a lot on advertising. I was a google phone user before, and I loved it. Unfortunately they had this problem of overheating. So i switch tosamsung. But I tell u, it's not worth the price at all. The only good thing is this bestbuy plan to finance it. Other than that, the touch of phone is terrible, the voice is a mess, even typing is not smart enough to recognize words upfront. Sometime it just stops working without any reason. I have it bc I really like the financing option for an unlocked phone, but if had money upfront, I would definitely go for either iPhone or google phones.

I was very happy with the phone and used it for around year. Shortly after warranty expiration the touch screen began to occasionally self activate in the central area. I had to get rid of the phone...

Best phone ever! Went from the iPhone to the s9 and I the difference is unbelievable!!! It even has a food camera

I think this phone was defective from the manufacture after the 2nd month it started acting up, then on the 4 month it was worst, there was no repair centers closer to home so had to send out for repair was out for almost 2 weeks and all they did was change battery, the day I got it back was sering up and froze two times. They just want me to send back again.

the phone is nice but the back camera is very easy to crack so be very careful because you will not be refunded or covered with your insurance.

I bought this at Best Buy and it worked fine until I got to my summer residence, in a rural area, where I need WiFi calling. This phone is "unlocked" and will not support WiFi calling from AT&T, my cell carrier. Why the Best Buy sales person didn't mention this fact, beats me. When I discovered this it was too late to return or exchange the phone. Best Buy now won't do anything and now I'm stuck with a $540 phone that's useless. Bad Best Buy. BE CAREFUL.

Since I purchased this phone I cannot get service. It takes great pictures but every phone company I have tried my service is horrible

The phone worked well for some time. Started having issues with call connecting and display issues.

This phone had some software issues that I could not resolve. I returned it within a week.

I wastold the unlocked version was just as good as the charger version. I stopped at the store in Rockway at least 3 times and was assured there was no difference. This phone always drops calls. I can't use the internet when I'm on the phone. There is no video chatting available unless I download another app. I'm very disappointed in this phone and the service I've received.

Bought s9 and s9+, both can't talk and use web, both have problems using viber, after I talk on cellular network, it takes a minute to let me use web. Camera is nothing special. No wifi calling feature. S5 was better than this. The speaker is quiet, you play some music from YouTube its quiet. I wanted my money on these. I do not recommend. Try LG. iPhone sucks too.

A little on the slow side but worked for what its worth

I am disappointed with this phone. The camera is very slow and laggy, even after disabling video stabilization. there is a one second delay. the s7 was an instant camera. Also, the adaptive brightness turns on even tho i turned it off. Do not disturb was on and i heard a notification sound, I do not recommend this phone.

And It has not even 1 month of use, i am very dissapointed

Although this wasn't such a bad purchase, the purchase of an iPhone 12 about 2 months ago was a nightmare... The item itself is not a problem, but the whole process was just a joke...it was like I was begging for the phone and not paying for it.
