This item was purchased 3 weeks ago. It stopped working within 14 days. Due to the fact that my husband works in Susanville and was unable to bring it to BB, they refused to help or stand behind their sale

I have ordered an new phone but bestbuy have gave me a phone without seal(open box) This made me to lose trust on bestbuy (I’m an elite plus member)

Camera is not as.good as advertised. It has a clumsy interface

The phone was working fine and I was falling in love with it however after just few days I notice the screan was yellow and it wasn't because the night mode or reading mode or anything like that. I had to returned it. Not recommended

The S9 was very nice untill it become to the green screen. Finally, I found out many S9 customers got the same issue. I never had any issue with my previous phone this quickly.

I actually bought this about a month ago. And wanted to get some use in before posting any kind of review. The phone I owned before this was a 4+ year old Motorola Droid Turbo. And it was starting to show its age. So yes I was way overdue for a smartphone upgrade. So this phone was my tax refund treat for myself this year and it was worth every penny paid for it. Battery life has been amazing ending the day averaging in the 45-50% area. And this for moderate usage (games, music, web browsing). I haven't had too much time yet to play around yet with the camera yet on this. But if all the reviews are correct I am gonna really like it. So unless you are a diehard fan of the note or are just looking for a good samsung phone. Don't hesitate on pulling the trigger on this phone it is definitely worth it.

love Samsung but hate they went to this curved screen. Please go back to the flat screen before I have to go to Apple.

The phone won't connect to tmobile servers i brought it as a gift and because it was supposed to be unlocked

Purchased 11-25. Was supposed to arrive 12-3. Today is 12-7. STILL WAITING! $500+ spent and have nothing to show for it. Not happy at all!!!

I do not understand how this device is constructed. The screen pokes out of the case. It does not matter which case.

I had this phone sent in for repairs several times, I usually love Samsung, but this is terrible. Would not recommend.

It kept on freezing when I would get phone calls. Since I switched to the Good Pixel 3A I have had no issues.

I bought my unlocked Samsung S9 from Best Buy a few months ago when my Samsung Note 3 was on the verge of death from old age and overheating issues. Previously, I have owned the Note 2 and 4, so I am very familiar with Samsung smartphones. I was very pleasantly surprised by all the many technological advances over the past few years. At the time, I didn't feel like spending a grand for the S10+ nor the Note 9, so the S9 fit the bill for me. I am very satisfied with this S9 phone, and it has given me zero problems. My only minor complaint is the curved screen design which I don't care for. Although the curved screen looks cool, in practice, it is annoying. But I'm slowly learning to tolerate this. I have now customized my S9 to my liking which took quite awhile because there are so many advanced features on this phone. I am new to wireless charging, but now have multiple wireless chargers. I'm also new to USB-C charging, as I have many, maaaaaaaaany of the old micro USB charging accessories. So having to buy extra USB-C cords was a pain. The camera/image quality on the S9 versus my old Note 3 is amazing. Using the biometric sensor for finger print login is very cool and fast. Plus I like using the sensor for getting a heartbeat (blood pressure) reading when synched to the Samsung Health app. The phone is fast and responsive with many notification features. The screen quality is quite amazing. I have gotten used to the longer phone dimensions of the S9 versus the wider dimensions of the Note series. Although I enjoyed using the stylus pen for writing/drawing on my old Note phones, I noticed that I gradually used the pen less and less so. It was really quite a novelty using the stylus pen on my old Note 2, especially to make my iPhoney friends jealous at the time, haha. Maybe if the new Note 10 is compelling enough, I might give it a try in the future. But for now, I'm very glad I chose the S9. If I had to do it over again, I might have chosen the S10e for its flat screen (versus curved). Anyway, it's been about 4 months now, and I still find the S9 amazing with no problems.

Phone motherboard got damaged within few months so totally not recommended

Can’t customize text tones. Currently no update for this feature. Get an iPhone.

I am a android person love the phone I am very happy.

I tried this phone but IPhones software is way better.

The phone is glitchy and does a weird strobe flash.
