This phone is great! The battery has a long life, even when using blue-tooth, playing videos or playing games. The camera takes amazing pictures, even at night as is evident in the picture.

Easy transition from the old S4 to the S9. Love the upgraded features.

Overall I am very happy with the phone. It has a great camera, great processing speed, lots of RAM. Setup was a breeze, I just logged into my google account and the phone automatically installed the apps that were on my old phone. The phone also looks really beautiful. The fast charging works great, a few minutes charging for a lot of juice. The only major complaint I have is with the price, it felt like I was paying through the nose even though the phone was on sale. The carrier financing options did help me justify it because I can pay for the phone in 25 dollar installments over the next 2 years. I also don't like or at least haven't tried the wireless charging. I think that the fast charging is just so much better and more useful than wireless. I know many reviewers suggest that a wireless charger should be included with the phone, but I think I would be much happier if the manufacturer included an extra USB C cable. So, in conclusion, I think the phone is great but would have liked to pay less for it and I think it would be awesome if the manufacturer shipped the phone with an extra USB C cable.

As an Android user, this is my favorite phone, super fast and camera is unbelievable plus the ever reliable battery. Simple design but elegant with powerful performance plus amazingly sturdy.

I did not intend to buy a phone for myself. My husband's phone had begun to be unreliable, so this shopping trip was for him. He knew what he wanted so we went right to it. I looked over and saw the S9 and went into investigation mode. My S7 was still in very good shape and was doing a good job. The battery was holding a charge for shorter amount of time and had drained quickly and left me with a dead phone several times while away from home. The feel of the S9 and the view on the screen was enough to make me pick it up. The slightly larger screen has a clear, crisp display. The touch and response of the screen has made apps easier to use. I like Bixby and being able to have functions easier than ever. The battery keeps a charge for much longer and the sound is clear. I'm very pleased with my Galaxy S9, and I have found my S7 a good home.

I have had samsung phones for several years starting with the S3, my latest being the s7 edge. Never had an issue with any of them and really love their design and ease of use. I bought the S9 for my daughter as a birthday gift. Samsung only gets better. Sleek feel, easy to use, great expandable memory, fantastic camera, very quick, great facial recognition. Can go on forever. Highly recommended!

My S6 Edge had been a good phone but it was past time to get an upgrade. The S9 is just the right size and has vivid screen color. The speed and ease of use has made the transition easy. Also the added storage will be useful as I love to take pictures of my grandkids and have them readily available. The S9 is not just for the younger generation.

Still figuring everything out, but love the size, camera, speed and screen. It has a good battery that holds charge a long time.

Having moved to Samsung since the S4 and note 4, we have stuck with the brand. The S8 is sturdy, good battery life and a good fit for all sizes of hands and pockets. All the programs that we've used run fast. Great video and camera are a must and this has it. I highly recommend it!

Screen is big and brilliant. It charges really fast, typically 0 to 100 in around an hour. Charge lasts more than a full day. If I forget to charge it at night, it easily makes it to the office next day. The earbuds that came with this sucker are really nice too! Sound is loud and clear, and it isolates really well. Perfect fit for my ears.

Wife needed a new phone since hers was 5 years old and running slow. Got this S9 on sale and because I am with AT&T with the Next plan, the phone was only a little over $13 a month. Phone is fast and has plenty of memory, also added 128 gig memory card, so now there is plenty of room for photos and videos. Camera can't be beat.

Amazing wide angle camera, dozens of settings and filters. Fastest phone I have ever seen, websites, videos and games load almost instantly. With smart energy consumption, you can keep good resolutions and brightness and then save battery when I know I won't be able to charge until bed time. The speed charging is fast!

My S7 edge was getting slower and was not holding charge for long. I tried everything but performance marginally improved. Luckily, I had few best buy coupons and ATT bac it only for 16.99/24 months. The phone is modern. Looks like iPhone cousin. Apps load blazingly fast. The resolution is awesome. I have set the resolution at highest setting. Even then the battery doesn't drain fast. The phone camera is as good as a DSLR. The phone speakers are loud, crystal clear. Make sure you turn on the Dolby Atmos for great listening experience. I hope that phone stays like this for at least 1 year.

I love my Samsung S9 phone. I've had several Samsung phones over the years and this one is really made well. I dropped it in water (completely submerged) and my heart sank. I turned it off, and just opened it up and checked for any water. It was dry inside. I turned it back on and it's been working great with no problems at all. It's the thinnest phone I've had and the screen is longer than my S5. The battery lasts a lot longer than any phone I've had. It quick charges in about 1.5 hours. The only thing I don't like is the price, but I got a $300 discount when I purchased at Best Buy. I highly recommend the Samsung s9.

I've owned the Galaxy S4 then the S6. Both phones I thought were great. I've always had Andriod. My daughter has iPhone but I think the Andriod has much more versatility. I haven't had much opportunity to use this camera yet which I guess is the biggest improvement over previous models. I just bought this one because my S6 froze up 3 months after paying it of through ATT next plan. My only complaints, and why I didn't give it 5 stars, is I feel the battery could last longer. Plus they changed the charging port so in order to use a micro USB (or whatever they call a standard Andriod charger) you have to buy new cables or use the adapter they give you which I'm sure will be lost in a month. But overall definitely will stay with the galaxy line.

I have had the phone just over a week. Updated from an S7. Very noticeable difference in speed. Camera is great and still playing with the settings. Battery life is vastly iimproved. To date very pleased with the upgrade.

After 3 years with my S6 Active the battery was dying and the camera was junk. BestBuy had the best price during pre-black Friday that I could find in-stock locally for an AT&T version (wanted Wi-Fi calling option). Battery is great, wireless charging is easy to use, and the camera works fantastic. Also, it seems to pick up coverage better than my old phone. While I'm very happy with the purchase, something still says $500 for a 3 year purchase is too much. However this is the best price going for a top end phone!

It's the first time we've upgraded a phone at a retail store as opposed to our carrier (AT&T). The phone was delivered quickly and we placed it on charge. The instructions to transfer the data were simple and all data, contacts, messages, photo's and video's transferred overnight. The new phone charges quickly, holds the charge well and has a much more usable screen. The best part of the transfer was the confirmation from AT&T that the new billing is correct.

Had a S7 upgraded to an S9 and was worth the upgrade. Better battery, better camera and a modestly larger screen with a clearer/sharper image.
