I'll be honest...I was worried about giving up my Samsung 7 Active. I'm a clutz. I drop my phone. I had the 7Active for a reason -- I hate phone cases and I drop my phone. I delayed upgrading (and honestly I didn't really need to upgrade -- my phone was fine as it was). But I wanted a shiny new phone so I got myself the pretty Purplish phone (I still don't see it as Lilac). It's great. The voice quality is great, the video is awesome. The cameras are better than I expected (even the front camera is amazing!) . I'd give you a picture of my phone, but I can't....the best camera I have is my Phone! OH...and the battery life doesn't suck either. I can last all day on one charge. But I don't keep my blue tooth going and I'm good about logging off of my apps.

I can't say enough good things about this phone, the camera is excellent, the screen is vibrant, it is supper fast, and has plenty of storage. The speakers are by far the best speakers i have heard on a mobile phone!!!

When deciding to get the S9 or S9+ I am glad I went with the plus. Not too big, easy to get use to the size, love the camera and all of its features. Well battery hold. Overall I love my phone!

The phone is great! Easily outperforms any of the previous Galaxy models in battery life, camera quality, and processing speed. Highly recommended if you're looking for a premium smartphone to do it all.

She liked her old s6 active, but battery was getting weaker, so I replaced for her birthday. She loves it. Bigger brighter screen, battery lasts all day. Expandable ad, lots of storage for her books

I've owned multiple iPhones and decided to switch to a samsung with S7 and then S8 edge and this is by far my favorite phone to date. From camera quality to speed and battery - awesome.

I upgraded t ok an S9+ from an S7 and I must say that I am impressed with my new phone. The battery life is great and the new processor is a lot faster. The camera is icing on the cake. Very good phone.

A very good upgrade with a better camera and storage. functions are pretty much the same which is good so you don't have to re-learn the phone. So far the battery seems to be good as well.

Everything about this phone is fantastic! Super fast and large internal memory. Capable of ext memory chip for even more storage. Great camera and overall easy to use phone.

This phone is exceptionally sleek and awesome looking. The phone is quick and takes excellent photos. The screen size is good for watching videos as well.

THIS phone is slightly lager than my S7 but I like the sleek profile and the larger screen. The pictures seem to have better resolution and the battery life is longer.

Fast connections. Eady to use. Very clear pictures and battery life is simply amazing. Very happy with this phone and love the new features this phone offers.

I didn't think there would be much of a change from the S6 edge to s9+, but boy was I wrong. The phone actually last me an entire day, I am on the phone at least 16 hrs a day, browsing, streaming, games, phone, text, email, apps. So I am a heavy user, being that I would have to charge my phone at least 3 times a day before. Not the case, at least for now. The camera is amazing, bright colors in low light settings, and it has an actual zoom not just a digital zoom because of the dual cameras. The iris scanner is also great, especially when you are cooking and cant touch the phone.

I upgraded to the S9+ because my S7 was way to slow for me and I had to charge it 3+ times/day. I love it! The battery lasts all day with a good amount of use, it has more room to store things, the camera is outstanding compared to my S7. I highly recommend this phone, I dont know why I waited so long to upgrade!

I upgraded from the S7 Edge, to the S9+ and I couldn't be more pleased! Bigger screen, but not too big for my hands...quick response and plenty of storage.

This is a best buy in Samsung smart phones at the present time. It is significantly less expensive than newer models, supports Android 10, has a gorgeous large screen, and has all of the most useful features of the newer phones. Picture quality is still among the best possible on a smart phone. Wifi, Bluetooth and GPS work very well. Plus, some of us like having the 3.5 mm headphone jack that is becoming rare in newer phones. It can be bulky in your pocket with a protective case.

Picked up the phone on launch day. Great camera and the best screen on any phone. Blazing fast and feature packed. Only criticism is the Bixby button.

Disclosure: I have used Windows Phones since 6.1. This is my first Android. That said, the hardware is unbeatable. Very solid device. Good camera. Buttons seem like they are in an odd spot but I might just have to get used to them. I can't say much to knock this devise. Now the OS,,, Coming from my Lumia 950 that didn't have any bloatware(well, AT&T crap), didn't pop up ads on everything and settings that were arranged in a usable fashion,, Android just feels sloppy. I haven't had any issues with it's performance. Just the way Google does business and these silly widgets that tend to popup :-) . Also, a feature that I really miss from WinPhone was when I would play media/music, if I hit a volume button, there were media controls in the slide-down. I did find one of those "silly widgets" to auto run and sit on top of my screen but there should be a better way. Over all, if you know and are comfortable with Android OS, this will be a fine devise. If you come from Windows and maybe IOS, you may have a little learning curve.

Love thos phone. Not straining to see small screen. Though it is a little heavy, but that goes with the bigger screen. Take beautiful pics.

The phone has been awesome. Dont have a single complaint about it (except Bixby button). Screen quality is awesome. Size is perfect. Battery life is great, camera is pretty amazing. Iphone users are always talking about "portrait" mode but I've had multiple occasions where they then see the same group pic on my phone and are like wow your camera is really good. This is mostly because of the Samsung performance in low light. My wife got an iphone X before I got my S9+. S9+ is a better phone in my opinion and it was cheaper
