I gave 4 stars because although this phone is an excellent product, recording normal speed and slo mo is a bit challenging compared to the IPhone. It’s extremely easy to go back and forth between normal speed and slow-motion on the iPhone and it’s very cumbersome on the Samsung, I’m still trying to figure it out.

As always Samsung has exceeded my expectations in a phone. I now shy away from other products they sell due to poor third party support.

Love this phone. I went from the S7 to the S9 and what an upgrade. loving it so far. screen resolution is superb. camera functions are great.

This is easily the best phone I've ever owned. I am not sure what improvements could be made that would make me want to switch to anything else.

I hated the first galaxy phones that came out, however I love them now. Have had everyone since the 7 and they just keep getting better.

I already love it. It seems easy to use. I di dhave to come over to see how to set up voice mail since I couldn't find it on the phone. LeeS

I've had good luck with samsung. I especially like the fact of having a samsung rep readily available at bestbuy when I can't figure things out.

A little learning curve for me since my other phone was older. Love the functions on it and as non techy as I am I can get what I need..

I've had good experiences with Samsung. This was an upgrade from Samsung 6. I found the transition to new technology very user friendly.

This phone is awesome! Still love it, despite the newer phones out there. Why fix it when it isn't broken?

So far so good. Grandson is delighted with this phone. Haven't heard of any complaints for any reason. That makes this phone a five star.

Been a Samsung fan since original Note..upgraded from S8 plus to S9 plus..the slow motion camera is awesome...that alone is worth the upgrade.

I went from an iPhone to the new Samsung Galaxy s9 plus and I love my new phone. I'm still an Apple lover too but the S9 out shines any iPhone.

Galaxy gets better every year. The only line of phones i purchase. Although they are expensive still better and cheaper then competition.

Well I wanted to like this phone, however I’m just stuck in my ways with Apple products to much and had to switch back to the IPhone

Best phone i have had. Plus the people at the Youngstown store were very helpful also go me more money for my trade in than the ATT store!!

The only thing I don 't like is I can't connect my samsung gear fit 2pro to my phone it keep saying something about a account being lock
