Before I talk about the phone I must thank Amber for sticking with me for an extremely long upgrade and device swap process. All of the problems we had were with Sprint, not Best Buy or Samsung. Long story, short, I was in the store for about 6 hours. Amber kept her cool while on the phone with the Sprint rep and we finally got it all set. It was actually kinda fun chatting with her and the rest of the employees since I was there so long. OK, the phone... I use my phone for taking photos so that was the main reason I upgraded from the S8. The new camera is stellar! I can't believe some of the pics I've been able to capture. I can't wait to take it on my next trip. I hesitated to go with the Plus but I'm glad I did. It's not that much bigger in my pocket but the larger screen is nice.

I bought this phone as a switch over from my current LG model that was starting to give me problems. Pros: Great design Tolerable performance Take great photos under normal or ideal conditions 3.5 mm headphone jack still present Wireless charging great water-resistant rating (IP68) Adequate memory Cons: Too many bloatware Not enough features Camera takes blurry pictures in low lights Camera automatically switching between modes Too expensive for the offered features as well as not having the latest mobile CPU Limited color options / choices Great audio but the bass does sometimes sounds less that desired / optimal Inadequate amount of RAM

A gift for my daughter that does everything we were expecting, with the quality we've come to expect from Samsung. The design and features are just right, my daughter is delighted!

Who needs a professional camera when all you need is the Galaxy S9 plus.

Phone is perfect! Has plenty of memory for pics and apps.

I upgraded from the Galaxy S8 to the S9+. I prefer the smaller version of the phone and still consider it the better version of the 2. I chose the S9+ due to the dual camera and the larger batter and can safely say that I am able to get through an entire day 10-12 hours with 35% battery left. This is a HUGE improvement over the S8 as I was only getting 10-12 hours total. I only have to charge my phone at night. When I know I'm not going home, the quick charge capability allows me to get to 75% with 30-45 mins of charging. The finger print scanner relocation has been one of the best features and I find myself using it more now than before. The Live Photo is amazing and much faster than the S8. The selfies take a few shots to get it right and the 'palm' catcher is a nice feature as it has you looking in the correct position to make sure your eyes are correct in the photo. The sides are slightly raised so you can feel the glass and sides clearly defined. The phone is slippery and I have dropped it several times with out the case, luckily it was on carpet so there are no damages. I use a case consistently since it is a little harder to hold. I did not use a case with my S8. I still give 5 stars even though I wish the S9 had the dual camera because I would have gotten that one just for the size because it is much easier to hold and use with one hand.

This was indeed a Great Upgrade, and a nice Best Buy deal! The July 4th $300 discount made the deal too sweet to hold off. I'd been considering making the switch from my Samsung S7 to the 9, but wanted the screen space of the 9+. My eyes are not getting younger, and I noticed the difference over the smaller screen. The speakers and camera are greatly upgraded from my S7, The biometric fingerprint reader is in a much friendlier location and is instantly accurate...a true plus! It is the most accurate method out there for now, and it is really all that is needed. It is effortless and flows from a natural position of the hand holding the phone. Once the other biometric functions are turned off as unneeded extras, battery life takes a great turn for the better; even though it is more than adequate with them running. Bixby...well, just do yourself a favor and turn that completely OFF. That Bixby button is unneeded and a giant pain! Otherwise, this phone just plain rocks!!

I upgraded from the s7 edge.. the increased size is actually nice. The phone isn't too large. It's rather slim as well. Speed is awesome and even though there is no longer a home "button" on the screen it's easy to use and adjust to. & the camera is AMAZING. No complaints with battery life so far either (I've only had it a few days)

While many phones take alot of time to learn, the transition to this phone was easy. It is both easy to use, holds a charge well, and swift to execute commands. It also has a great sound and takes nice pictures.

This phone has it all, great camera, speedy processor, lots of memory, responsive screen, and loaded with features. It has one if not the fastest processor available today. I can run multiple apps at the same time with no slow downs or freezes. Tons of storage for pictures and music and can add a micro sd card for more if you really need to. Phone looks great too and now that they moved the fingerprint sensor away from the camera there isn't much you can say bad about it. Battery lasts all day for normal use and charges fast when you have to charge it. What more can I say, Samsungs best phone yet.

I love the new Samsung Galaxy S9 plus because of the features the storage and a battery life. My son loves the size and I love the dual cameras.

I haven't had a new phone since 2013 and I love my new S9+ for so many reasons. Samsung's flagship feels great in the hand, it has so many useful apps, it does everything really fast and it also takes beautiful pictures just to name a few. In addition, the color Sunrise Gold is absolutely beautiful! I'm anxious to see just how durable this gorgeous glass phone will be and I can't wait to discover all of the neat things that this phone can do. Thanks Best Buy!

I have been satisfied with the capabilities, functionality and performance of the Samsung Galaxy series since the S4. The S9+ does not disappoint. Camera, storage, battery life, and many other features have exceeded my expectations.

I haven't had this phone for a week, but I have to say that I am definitely pleased with this phone. I love the pictures and video this camera takes and the fact that this phone can take an extra 400 GB is incredible to me. Bixby seems to need a bit more work, but this is by far the fastest, most powerful phone I've ever had. Samsung exceeded expectations with this device.

Samsung have out done themselves with the redesign of the phone, even though it still resembles the Galaxy S8+. I like the placement of the finger scanner and the dual camera. It has great clarity, alot more powerful and a longer battery life. It is a big difference from the samsung note 5 i upgraded from. I am glad i went with this vs the note 8 since i never use the pen.

I couldn't be happier with this phone! The camera is exceptional. Probably way more sophisticated than what I would ever need but I intend to try it all out. Screen size is great. The video and sound quality are excellent. Very happy with the head phones that came with it too. The processor speed is outstanding and plenty to storage space too. I have no complaints.

My look last phone was an S4 mini thought I should join the current times. Very happy I did this S9+ is almost as big as the note 8 and very fast. Have not had any problems. The videos and pictures are very clear and sharp. Love streaming Netflix, Amazon prime video, and Xfinity with no problems.

Very fast, excellent battery life, great camera. Only con is that the screen scratches very easily. I've had every Galaxy since the S3 and never scratched the screen even after years of use, this one got scratched in my pocket the first week. I'd recommend a screen protector.

I upgraded from a Galaxy S7 Edge to the S9+. The screen is bigger, battery lasts longer, takes amazing pictures, I could go on. I have been getting the Galaxy S series for the past several years and have yet to be disappointed. I will continue to upgrade to these phones.
