This phone is so easy to use, has a great camera and has been a much needed upgrade from the previous Galaxy phone. Love the bigger screen!

Upgraded from a Note 5 and a much faster working phone. Long battery life, have gone up to 3 days between charges. Totally recommend this phone.

I am very impressed with the quality of my pictures with the s9+. Speed and efficiency are excellent.

Awesome camera with cool features even in the dark! size is similar to S7 so not wide. Usage of full screen is great esp for watching videos.

I haven't had one issue with the speed or usage of this phone. It's been a solid winner in my book. My Apple phone was antiquated compared to this. I liked this phone so much that I've traded in my Apple work phone for a Samsung phone. I now have two that have no issues at all. Everyone at my work w/Apple phones have issues with email, etc. Not me. Trade up to the Samsung 9 or 10...you won't be disappointed either.

Phone wise its fantastic, long battery life, great screen and picture quality. Overall very nice upgrade from previous phone. Great looking color.

The battery life is phenomenal. The size is not overwhelming and easy to get used too. USB C cables are the biggest change to get used too.

The Samsung Galaxy S9+ is a great phone! It has a big, bright, high res screen, and has great features. The BB staff were very helpful in setting up the phone, transferring data, getting a trade-in for my old phone, and handling the paperwork. All in all a relatively painless process.

Everything you expect from a Samsung galaxy smartphone but much better than previous versions. Faster, more memory and way better camera.

The camera is great and the fast wireless charging has vastly improved from the S7 edge. There battery life is great. So far no cons to report.

The Galaxy S9+ is an amazing phone. It has outstanding performance, the battery life is great. This was major upgrade from my Galaxy Note 5.

If you are an S8+ user already then this may not be the 'necessary' upgrade for you as the S9+ is a device that tweaks some hardware issues. New finger print scanner is more responsive, camera is superior and the framing seems a bit more solid. Those looking to upgrade from a device like the S6 or S7, this is the way to go. Those who may have to pay to upgrade early or something like that from an S8+ may want to wait for the new Note or S10 in a matter of a few months. Besides that it's a top notch flagship phone from Samsung.

I upgraded from the galaxy s7 and I love it..I mainly wanted a better camera and better battery and I definitely get that with the s9 plus.

I had the S8+ until I microwaved it (don't ask) and had to replace it. Liked the S8+ and I really like that the S9+ is exactly the same size physically, with a nicer camera lens. It's my third or fourth Samsung and I would buy it again the next time I need a new phone - just hoping it won't be quite so soon. The S8+ was doing fine and I expected to keep it longer - I expect to keep the S9+ for a few years before it needs to be replaced. No electronic issues with any of my Samsung phones so I expect this one will last.

The additional RAM, better cameras, zoom, size, made this S9+ the best android choice for the money prior to the new S10 launch.

This phone was everything I was looking for. Fast, long battery life, great camera, crisp display. A little pricey but a great phone.
