Purchased the S9 to upgrade, no regrets. Biometrics and camera are extremely important, and they surpassed expectations. Some say this is a pricey phone compared to the S8, but with the Black Friday deal and a new model phone, there was more gain than pain. BB did a great job of explaining the 2 phones, making it an more informed and comfortable decision.

I have been a loyal Samsung for many years now. When I bought this phone, I was not disappointed. The phone is so incredibly fast, has amazing speakers, fantastic camera quality, and fits in my hand very well! The edge screen is a great benefit and is very useful in my daily life. I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a phone.

Upgraded from S7. Nice camera. Nice speed. Lots of memory.

I went from a Galaxy S7 to this Galaxy S9, and what a difference! If you were having trouble with Oreo on S7, and suffering from slowdown, then the upgrade is definitely worth it. Everything runs so much faster and smoother. The battery life is also improved as well. If you like the Galaxy series, then you'll continue to like it in this phone.

Samsung has the best phones in my opinion and this one Is no different . Camera works well and processor and battery life are great.

Easy to use, fast responding, great sound, multiple functioning.

We had an S6, and we thought it was time to get a new phone even though our phone worked. Our old battery was going. The battery on the S9 is great. It lasts all day with a lot of use. We love the camera too. Bixby is good, but if we have her on we can't turn on the camera voice commands. This is the only negative so far. The blue is a fantastic color.

I have been an iPhone user for many years. Decided to try an android when I upgraded since the black Friday deal was so good (no deals on iPhones). I love my new phone. Camera takes great pics. Fairly easy to use. "Hey Google" works better than Siri did on my iPhone. Still getting used to not having a "home" button on my phone though.

Phone is much more powerful than my Galaxy 6. Battery lasts a lot longer. Ringer works in my home while the Galaxy 6 ringer rarely functioned inside my home. However, I do not like the fact that icons are so close to edge of screen that they are quite often accidentally enabled. While I do like this phone for its power and speed, I do not like the fact that the screen is curved and stands out so far from base of the phone. I do not think this was a good idea.

I purchased this for my son for Christmas present. He is still using it a year and a half later. No complaints. Make sure you have a good screen protector and case. My son likes how fast it is and how much storage it has. The video and camera quality is great.

The screen is so clear!! The ring tones are much louder. It's not a whole lot larger than my S5, but just a little longer and that's perfect for me. The battery lasts a lot longer then my S5. I got the fast charging pad and it works great and charges completely in about 2 hours. I love this phone!

So much faster than old S6. LOVE the camera, battery life, & quick recharge time. Lots of bloatware though.

Big step up from my Galaxy S5. Fast and familiar but better. Some great new to me features that make working with the phone more streamlined. Love that the overall size isn't much bigger than my old phone but more screen. Love the edge panels. Still exploring the camera and playing with new features.

Great phone glad I didn't get the plus. Screen is much bigger than the s7 active I had. I do miss the bigger battery in the s7 but this one lasts all day as long as I don't stream music or stay on it constantly. The charging is very good (quick ) .

We were not planning on getting S9's, but we started playing with the demo phones in the show room and we fell in love with them. Great battery life for those that only use them for texting, Facebook, and phone calls. The camera makes the phone an amazing purchase.
