Easy to operate. All functions work, Hope it last over 6 years, my S4 only worked for 6 yrs, price too high for any phone/computer. Should be minimal cost because of monthly service charge/plan.

Phone is easy to navigate, nice pics, and great to use voice commands with Bixsby instead of Google. It is a great phone for the price. The only thing I added was a nice case and storage card for more memory.

After hesitating on a 'smart' phone purchase, this was the right choice. The options on it are endless and everything so far has been very impressive. It's fast, clear, easy to read and sound is impeccable.

I'm a Samsung Galaxy lover and when the S9 came out I knew I had to have it. I upgraded from my Gold Platinum S6 Edge and got the Sunrise Gold unlocked cause I love flashy things and I don't want to be hassled by being locked to 1 specific carrier. I love the sleek interface and the new look! Transferring everything over to my new device was a breeze using the Smart Switch feature. I created my custom emoji and I'm still playing around with it cause some things were upgraded and not where I thought it would be but it's not complicated to find out either. I walked out of Best Buy like a BOSS! GET THIS PHONE!!

I finally upgraded from my J7 to S9. I love it so far. It runs quickly and seems to be cooperating. It's lighter and thinner than the J7, so that is another plus. The picture quality is sharp and has a lot of fun features to play with (like create your own emoji!). Plus, the price is acceptable, compared to T-Mobile's site....

I love all the features. I bought this phone to replace my galaxy note 10 that someone stole on my job last week. I regret not having insurance on it. I'm still pleased with galaxy s9.

I like this phone, because it is the best thing for me to communicate with my friends and family. It's great camera back and front. Best picture coming. Overall Samsung S9 is best for me.

I have never seen better pictures than the ones taken with this phone. Outdoors, indoors, dim lighting, they all turned out great. Videos turned out looking like they taken by a professional. The phone quality is amazing.

Another great flagship phone from Samsung. I had purchased Samsung S8 last year and bought this one for a family member, this year. A year without an issue with my Samsung S8 encouraged me to get this new version this time. Samsung has really improved the hardware and software in past couple of year. I am looking forward to get One UI from Samsung to be available on this phone soon. So far, a month or two using this phone, I have not heard any complaint from the family member who is using this phone. This phone has all the latest tech that you can find in the competitors (Apple) phone, plus expandable storage, Iris scanner, and more. Highly recommend to someone who want to switch from iPhone and experience the fun of using Android OS.

Good phone very good pics and battery and good audio

My son had a Motorola phone and it stopped working and he needed a new phone. He insisted on Samsung and he is very happy with it. The camera is way better than the Motorola he had.

This phone is really slick! It has a lot of great features, but my favorite is that the battery lasts me almost two days with light/medium use! My old phone was making it about 7 hours... This was a great upgrade!

Very easy to use. Love Galaxy phones since they are so easy to use. Major benefit adding more storage with a micro SD card. Very easy to move your information from an old phone to your new one.

Just like the title line: Love this phone... Great value. Everything works, and the cameras are sensational. A big leap for my wife, who decided to move from Apple to Samsung.

I'm still exploring everything the S9 has to offer, but I'm impressed so far. I really love the clarity of the video quality. I also enjoy the absence of unwanted apps of the unlocked phone. There are still plenty of Samsung specific apps I don't use, but I can live with it. It was also super easy to activate the new phone and transfer all of my content from my old S7. Accessories are a little harder to come by right now, and I needed an adapter for my old power cords because they aren't compatible. However, these are my only real negatives, and hardly worth mentioning. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Bought this phone on black friday at the store. Store didn't have colors to choose from but I didn't mind at all. The phone was exactly what I was looking for. My favorite is the camera. It takes great pictures.

this phone is better than my computer!, I wanted the otterbox for protection, got it, the glass shield, the kid Dan at the store picked out for me and applied it (pricey but....it is awesome), he also kind've leaned me to the charger pad....awesome...you don't have to fiddle with the tiny plug in every night, and with my fat arthritic fingers its a joy!!!....again the phone is outstanding, and I still haven't used it as a hotspot for my new surface go.....maybe ill fill that in another day!

The Galaxy phone line is untouchable in my opinion. I won't lease a phone, or pay for monthly insurance because by the time your done paying all those fees, you just buy this unlocked and save a ton of money.

I continue to enjoy my new S9. It's a quantum leap forward from my Galaxy S5. Camera is outstanding and emoji feature is fun. Love the texting .gif library. This phone is just a hair better than the S8. If you're upgrading from the S8, you may want to take a closer look to determine the added value for you. I love the VR features!!
