They don’t the show the Samsung logo because they have covers. I own 3 of these, and I really like them. I bought one for each of my car keys and one for one of my dogs. I can say that they are very accurate. I let my sister use one of my cars, and when I tracked it I asked her about the address I was showing on the screen she told me that it was actually the place where they were. As for my dog I found out that I can also control her continue barking at night so I’m buying another one for my other dog. I didn’t buy one for the other one before because she usually listens, and doesn’t take off running, unlike my little one whom gets super excited when she sees kids from far away and I am chasing after her, but I’m buying the other one because she does bark a lot. I really recommend this product. If you are wondering how I am controlling the barking is just by making the device play the sound. I only do it once and my dog stops barking. I did it last night when she was outside at 3am she ran back inside the house, and went to her bed. Great Christmas gift.

Dont Expect To Find Your Things Without* Using The "RING" Feature... I Would Pay 20 For This... 40 Was TOO MUCH Still A Little Buggy But It Does What It's Suppose To. battery is rated at a year. but ive already had to swap my battery less than 3 months in. I dont even use it. I Noticed I Kept getting alerts saying i forgot my wallet when i was still in my pocket but ended up being symptoms of LOW BATTERY. Replaced And I Should Be Good For Another Couple Months

Pros: This comes in two flavors for Samsung users, the smarttag and smarttag+. The biggest difference between the two is that the smarttag+, is able to take advantage of the AR feature that uses your camera to visually detect the smarttag when it is in close proximity (15m). Great loud chirping noise. Cons: Battery life isn't as long compared to rivals (had to replace mine in about 3-4 months) Works only for android versions 8.0+ (samsung). AR feature only works with android version 11.0+ (samsung) and on select phones such as Note 20 Ultra, S21+, S21 Ultra, and Z Fold 2 initially on release (could be updated now). Not as large as apple's ecosystem due to android having multiple different manufacturers and this samsung tracker ONLY works piggy backing other samung devices. Kinda quirky to open the tag to replace the battery. Other thoughts: You're better off with the regular smarttag as it's very hard to recommend this unless you have one of the select samsung phones to take advantage of the AR feature.

I got a couple of these to place on my luggage and a portable SSD that i keep misplacing or someone moves and deny moving (I'm sure others go through that also). I like being able to use my camera to find the tag. I have the regular Samsung smart tag also and its okay and does what its designed to do but the one extra feature the Samsung smart tag plus is a fun feature.

Got this to replace the Tile I used previously. I like this much better as it provides me better location information, especially when others have Samsung devices near it. Battery usage is the only negative (it uses Cr2032) so you need to replace the battery about every 4-6 months. But it does what its supposed to do well!

I purchased the Galaxy SmartTag +. It's an amazing product. Uses the smartphone's camera to find the device that is being searched for. Worked every time used. Super great! I would purchase again!

Bought this for my kitty. I found her new hiding spot with the help of the ringtone for the find my tag feature...she was miserable when we found her but WE FOUND HER

It's a cool idea but doesn't work very well. My Samsung Galaxy S21+ doesn't consistently connect to the tag even when they're within feet of each other. There have been times I try to use the tag to find my phone, or vice versa, and they won't connect, even when I'm within 10 feet of the phone.

Battery lasts a very long time, and has saved me from losing my wallet several times already!

I use these tags for my keys mostly which has helped prevent me from being late for work. I also use it on my work bag to help make sure I don't lose it when working at various manufacturing plants The only issue I had was with one not connecting to my device properly, however I just exchanged it for a different one that did.

I watched a few videos on youtube regarding this product and I learned that this Samsung SmartTag was the best tracker for my Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G. It's compact and I suggest that you get a silicone case with a carabiner so that you can attach it to your keychain securely.

The device is bad because the battery drains quickly. It is not possible to track the device in an area where there is no Samsung phone. Why doesn't it depend on the 2G network?

Excellent smart tag and exceeded my expectations. Put it to the test with other models and definately more accurate.

Cool device, works fairly well, too bad it doesn't work with all phones and not just newer samsung phones

Great item tracker that I use for my wallet and keys. Buy replacement batteries since this gets drained about every 5 months depending on usage.

I'm sure this would have been a good purchase, but it is only compatible with the Samsung ecosystem.

Really easy set up as well as good bulid quality and accurate tracking with UWB but a S21 Plus or S21 Ultra or Note 20 Ultra is needed to take advantage of the UWB

I love this smart tag. Easy to use. Can set up two routines on the tag. If you are a Samsung lover.. this one is for you.

Bought for my wife, and she loves it. Does everything needed plus more! Gives me piece of mind knowing she can find her things.
