It was good for my child at first but within a year it stopped charging. Had it fixed and then it stopped charging again!

I went to purchase a different brand but liked the features of this brand better. The price was also better. A liked the idea of in store service and help if I needed it. I have used the in store help.

It is easy to use. I love it. It's great! It has lots of apps to choose from & I really enjoy using it!

Overall, I am very satisfied with the tablet! My one and only complaint is the location of the menu and back buttons. Whenever I hold the tablet in portrait orientation, my thumb is constantly hitting these two buttons, making either the menu appear or the browser go back to the previous page. I should have returned the tablet during the return period, but I decided to give it a try. Other than the button issue, it is a great tablet.

My tablet is my agenda, calender, camera and video hub! I have access to all the latest apps, most free of charge. Samsung has done it again and I look forward to purchasing more of their products.

Great product for the price. Debated between this and the ipad and went with the Samsung for the lower price tag. The screen is great and the system works well. The only negative thing I would say about the Samsung in general is that the apps are not quite as good as they are on the apple products. Minor compliant though, overall very satisfied.

I did extensive research before purchasing this tablet as a laptop substitute for travel (also purchased keyboard). It met my expectations and is a good value for the price. It is a little slower than my Galaxy SIII phone when it comes to touchscreen changes. However, I am not a gamer thus it is not an issue. A stylus is a must (I use one for all my touchscreen devices). Works well with the keyboard I also bought.
