Nothing comes with instructions anymore. I had to go into the store to get answers to questions that would have been answered had their been an instruction booklet.

I always had iphone, ipod, and I found the Samsung tablet easy to use & I am really enjoying it.

I love the tablet, I have used several, but it is annoyingly slow when using FF (firefox) to pull up websites. Battery life is excellent, interface, excellent

I bought this for my significant other. He does not have an easy time with many technologies but so far he loves it and took it with him to Hawaii. He is using it for personal use but also some business needs.

This was a Christmas present and has been used primarily for my business. There are two issues that I dont think can be changed and this would make me need to purchasea laptop for my business. The first is the Polaris office. It offers word and excel type documents that are pretty basic but work well for what they are but does not have a the full range of formating you would find with Windows office. The second is that because it is a tablet I can not access some online only programs. I don't think this is anything tnat can be fixed and that is fine. For all other operations on this product I feel it works great! It is like using a giant version of my phone, with only a few small differences. Some better than my pbone.

I bought the Samsung - Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 - 16GB - for my loved one this Christmas. She absolutely loves it. She used to always be on her phone and now she is on her new tablet instead. Best Christmas Gift!!!

This tablet is going to be used primarily for movie watching. I did not need to spend extra money on an ipad for basically this one function. It is a solid brand, good price and with good sound and screen.

Live this tablet but hate hate HATE that it doesn't have a flash. So most of the pictures not taken off yourself don't turn out. They have a flash on the back camera, so unless you can take a picture backwards consider another tablet. Speakers on the side.

Like this tablet was tired of the iPad so I switched over to samsung and I'm glad I did

Bought this tablet after having an ipad for a few years and I really enjoy it for the most part. It is really easy to use everything is pretty self explanotory if you've ever had a smartphone.

Mostly use this tablet for business. I love Samsung products so this was a no brainer to go with this tablet. My only complaint is that there is no flash in the software. However, mainly use this for the apps anyway, so it was not a big deal.

I was excited to own this product since I have other Samsung products. I look forward to the same great reliability. I have a smaller tablet and because I have arthritis I wanted something easier to handle and have use of a larger keyboard.

This item has an excellent quality but the screen shines too much. Other than that this tablet has fullfil all my expectations. Most of my item are samsung and i will continue to get them

This tablet was purchased for my wife. She is having a great time learning to use it and having it as a great portable source of information.

This is a great device! Much easier to travel with. I will no longer need to bring the laptop. With a simple downloaded app, it was a snap to set up wireless printing at home. Love it!

I've had this tablet for around a month now, and I just absolutely love it! Perfect for someone who likes to be on social media frequently! You'll definitely enjoy having this tablet!

Own both an iPad and the Galaxy Tab 3, and would choose the Samaung for my next additional purchase as well. Setup was easy and transfer of data from other device was easy as well.

So far, very happy with the Samsung Tablet ... we're very glad we chose this option vs. replacing our Kindle Fire w/ one of the same.

Love this tablet but why do the accessories, like the covers, have to be so expensive? Samsung should include a basic one for protection..

I purchased this tablet as a gift and the recipient couldn't be happier! The Google Play account is an asset in relation to "apps" and it actually offers a lot of "apps" for free.
