I had an Asus tablet previous which conked out after a year and half. Hoping I have better luck with this one. I do like that in addition to help by Best Buy staffers, there is always a Samsung rep there to offer help as well.

Bought the tablet to replace my laptop for traveling. I think I have made a good choice. The Samsung tablet is very user friendly, and there's not been a day I haven't used it.

We own and love Apple products. Very reliable. However we wanted another tablet that wasn't an iPad. So far we really like it. Now we have the best of both worlds.

easy to use-fast response times-great screen picture and sound sometimes I hit the control buttons on sides when holding, they are not in a good place wish they were not in hand position but otherwise like this item

It is a good tablet for the purpose I bougnt for. This is my first experience with such a device other than laptop or ipod.
