The product is very misleading it does not say anywhere on the box that in order to even turn it on you have to have internet connection

You can't hear any sound when it's lay flat since the speakers are on the back.

Not impressed. Hard to navigate. Sound is so-so. Battery life is ok.

After a year the battery won't hold anymore.......

This version of the kids galaxy teb is great. Just like the last version it has both a kids version which locks and then a parents version which kids can use when older too. The new kids area is super fun to use and has so many apps and books and great things to do. Very sturdy tablet too. Thi is the 4th samsung tsblet ive purchased [ since they started comin out! Its a good thing!!] And my next tablet that will be phrchased will also be a samsung when the time comes.

Just bought it for my 3 year and he loves it. The Samsung kids mode is great it has a free 3 month subscription with 22 apps already loaded for free without the subscription. But there's also another kids mode that you can add apps to. I put in a micro SD with movies he loves on it and I put in it kids mode so he can only watch his movies and play his games and not go into anything else. I had originally got him the Nabi dream tab but it was too heavy and difficult for my son to use at his age he would get frustrated but this is similar to our phones so he feels very comfortable using it. It even comes with a long usb charging cord so when we're driving we can charger it while he uses it. You can also use it as a regular tablet in the normal parental mode.

Horrible product. Once you start to open apps the system starts to run slow and freeze. Returned after one week of use.

Did not work on start up, had to return it, got another Samsung tab.

I bought this tablet for my 3 year old son. ... it is perfect for his age, until he left it outside and came up missing. It was unfortunate, so I bought another one for him, this time it was the green tablet with orange silicone bumper. Great for a Samsung family.

Easy to use right out of the box. The kids loved it.

I bought this tablet for my 7years old daughter. Nothing gets downloaded from Playstore. keep on crashing when I tried to install any kind of kids Apps. At last I downloaded one app after many attempts, but could not able to install in Kids Mode. But i was able to download that same App in another Kids mode App(with crocodile face one) and it worked great for a day. Next day I wanted to retest this tablet before handing over to my kid. I opened that crocodile kids mode and tried to open the app that I installed the day before, that App crashed and it took me directly to the PARENT MODE without asking me password to exit KIDS MODE . kids tablets are not suppose to do that. If you want to use only Apps that are pre-installed then this tablet is good.But I would not trust that crocodile Kids app. Returned it with in two days
