I purchased this for husband last Christmas.to replace his outdated laptop. At first he was hesitate, because he is not good with technology change, but he recently told me that he could never go back to a laptop!

This thing is awesome, super fast processing, gorgeous screen, the battery lasts long but not forever maybe 4 hours heavy use.

Nice unit great glass a screen. Bright picture easy to use long battery life.

Bought this for the wife to replace an older one. This one is faster and is able to load and run more programs.

Great tablet for the price. Not as nice as a Nexus tablet, but pretty close. I wish you could uninstall the pre-installed software instead of just disable. I did notice the touch is slightly off near the edges.. maybe its just the angle at which I use it. The resolution isn't as high as the Pro tablets, but you can't tell unless you're doing some serious gaming. Easy to hold, not slippery like others... I can hold with one hand and support with fingers for hours at a time without noticing.

We purchased another brand of tablet for our 8-year-old granddaughter for Christmas. We ended up taking it back and getting the Samsung tablet. She loves it. After seeing my husband enjoying it, I bought him one. I loved his so much, I went back and got me one. Bought three of these tablets within 10 days! Love it. Great battery life, great graphics, great all-round tablet.

Nothing but good things to say about the tablet. It does everything you want a tablet to do, and it is a good size without being too big and bulky. This is the second Samsung I have bought, and I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I bought this tablet for a family member and he said that it is very easy to use. Good battery life as well.

Service was not the best. Took over an hour to get someone to wait on me. I stopped two agents, both told me they would be back but they never returned. About three agents passed me and never asked if they could assist me. A manager finally stopped after I got his attention and he passed me over to one of the agents who originally told me they would return. But the product is Great. I wanted something larger than what I already had - the Google Nexus 7.

I'm 65 years old and am totally happy with my tablet. I use it in place of the computer due to ease of operation. Clerk at Best Buy suggested it instead of another smaller computer, and I can't thank him enough. I use Best Buy for purchases due to the fact the clerks take time to help, and they understand that I don't understand, much about computers and such.

I have always loved Samsung products, but my son's first tablet purchased by someone else was a small Asus tablet. He could hardly see anything on the screen and it would always malfunction. Now that he has this Galaxy Tab he sees everything on the big screen, no need for squinting and he is beyond happy with the purchase. I like to stick with what I can rely on.

I wanted a tablet that could be flexible and allow me to share files for work or personal use in different ways through the cloud or to another storage device. Great to have micro-usb and SD card slot for even more options for storage. I was worried about not having flash player built-in, but just downloaded Puffin browser which works just fine for my needs.
