We're very pleased with these products. Easy to use and love the larger screen.

This was my first tablet and as a college student I really enjoy using it for accessing my accounts on the go and it is great for travelling so I don't have to have my laptop with me. I would also recommend buying a case to protect this tablet.

I bought my tab for "on the go" stuff - internet and some light games. This was wonderful for that. Set up was quick, it does everything I want it to - probably more but I haven't gone that far yet. This was just perfect for what I needed.

I got it to check my FB n watch Korean Dramas. I didn't know how to gt those on my pad. The team made me an appointment I could make easily. They stayed w/ me past the basics n did not give up on me. I can watch my dramas n check my postings anytime I want, anywhere I want. Those guys were great!

I love the fact that my child can use my tablet without me worrying about her using things she is not supposed to. I can easily manage her games and also set a play time for her, this is a great product best of both worlds and easy to use.

This is my first tablet so just getting use the the differences between a tablet and my PC. It is very easy to use and set up was quick. I wanted something small to use when I travel and this is great. Takes excellent pictures and I can keep in touch with friends while away. This will work great for all my needs.

Got it on sale. Great buy. There is something new to learn on it everyday.

The color is wonderful, ease of use is awesome! I am completely addicted to this tablet! The only change I would recommend is the location of the power port. If you have a case with the keyboard, the port is on the bottom making the keyboard impossible to use. Other than that, no complaints at all.

Wow - what a great screen! The colors are vivid and clear. Easy to work with. Best Buy offers free classes for this item and I have taken advantage of them. I learn something new each time I go there. Definitely worth the investment!

Needed to upgrade from my Motorola Xoom. My husband has a 7" Galaxy and loves it. After comparing several others for capabilities and price, the Samsung was the ONLY choice for me. Shopped my local Best Buy, and found this open box item on line and drove the extra 10 miles and am delighted.

As with most Samsung products, this is very well built. This was an upgrade from a Tab3, and to be honest, I'm not sure I can tell you what all has been improved, I guess it is faster, and I'm sure the technogeeks could explain every difference between the two, but for my money the most important thing is that it is just as reliable as I've come to expect from Samsung.

Bought this to replace my large laptop for business trips and couldn't be happier. The screen is beautiful and great for watching movies on the plane. I like the bigger size of the screen as well and the unit feels very well built overall. I went with the 16gb model and simply added a 64gb card in the expansion so I have plenty of memory for a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended.

Camera could be a little better. It has a nice screen size. Easy to use.

Overall, I like it and it is easy to use. I'm also a gamer so I like to play some quick games in between work but there are some apps & games that aren't in this device compared to iPad. Love the screen & extra external storage using microSD.

User Friendly. Great operating system. I bought it for my father who has NEVER used a computer and he LOVES it!! He is able to navigate on the internet to view Marine information (former Marine). He was so excited, he said, "never in a million years would I think I would have a computer."

This is the first tablet I ever purchased. It is an awesome tablet. There are some good apps, most free and some purchased apps, a wide variety of both, that make this a good tablet for both fun and work. Be sure that you read the owners manual before you turn it on. I also recommend that you purchase both a case and a screen protector. If possible I recommend buying a netbook sleeve in addition to the case and screen protector. (I am very serious about protecting my stuff.) I also highly recommend getting a micro-SD card. The 16 GB may seem like enough and it is at first; however, if you plan on installing a lot of apps, you will need at least a 64 GB micro-SD card. All in all the tablet is easy to use if you know your way around computers but have never used an android OS before. If you are not computer savvy, then I can still recommend this because the owners manual is very well written. Read the owners manual and take it slowly and this tablet is easy to learn.

My first Samsung tablet was stolen and I couldn't wait to replace it. I have another tablet, but the Samsung is my favorite. I love the bigger screen, especially for watching movies. The split screen is a nice feature.

The items purchased ,I feel now, given time has lapsed, serve higher than our initial expectations. We've had the IPad for a while now, but I wanted something with a little more. I was looking at laptops and came across the Galaxy tab 4. I love this tablet as it allows me to perform a lot of functions that the IPad could not and I find it much more preferable to getting a laptop

Got this to sort of replace my lap top who's battery is shot. I love the flexibility this gives me. The main reason I bought this one is the size of the screen and the way I can open up two windows at the same time, along with the fact that all the apps synchronize to my phone.
