overall love this tablet and its easy to set up and use. only complaint is th charger port is on the long side and if in the case i bought i have to leave it open to charge it. would be better on one of the ends.

I wish there was written directions. I lost a picture I took, not sure how to send it to e mail. Lots of questions, where can I find out, "how to". This is our first tablets, I bought one for my husband also.

problem with the charger, and kills battery so quick.

Excellent in some ways...but frustrating in others

Husband bought it for my birthday and I love it.Use it for internet,social media,watching movies and reading books.Also bought headrest mount for my daughter to watch movies on trips.This tablet is amazing.

I take my tablet when I leave my house to use wherever there is WIFI. I can check my e-mails, go to facebook and pay a bill online. Also play games.

I like this product because it is similar to operate as my cell phone. That helps a lot with aging brain issues.

This is a super tablet, easy to use and very user friendly, great screen clarity and detail! I've had several tabs and this is by far my very very favorite! I would greatly recommend this! It rocks!

Great tablet for everyday use at a relatively decent cost. Has all the features that I want to use and then some. Only problem I have had is when I am streaming music. The sound level keeps wanting to go to a real low output on its own.

I love the fact I can go back to Best Buy for help when I get confused on how to use different sights, the people there are so friendly and helpful.

Love samsung products, but this one only lasted 2 years before it died. Only bought extended warranty for one year. Cost more to fix than what is was worth. However easy to use!

Work in construction and wanted this for work to have emails right at my fingertips and also drawings that I could take with me. It works great for this. Its not big and bulky like a laptop.

Only complaint is when holding tablet, your thumb must be on very edge or it will act on the page or keep you from moving or scrolling. Not a big issue but worth noting for future designs.

Samsung make the best tablets on the market in my eyes. Both standard Galaxy tab range to the note range.

Everyone at best buy was very nice and listened to exactly what I was looking for. I really like my tablet and would recommend it to anyone.

Wanted a tablet to take on vacation instead of taking the laptop. This fits the bill and thought I got more for my money with Samsung as compared to other brands. Still in the learning process but like it a lot. Screen color and clarity is great.

Very pleased with all my Samsung products. It was great to have all 3 of my Samsung product sync to each other. It made set up a breeze.

I bought this for school use. I am unable to use ebooks for class with this device. Some of that problem is based on the University as well. I just wish Adobe worked better on my device.
