    explained my needs to the salesman and bought this tablet on the assurance it would perform as needed - it does NOT....took a course w/ the samsung rep and he too assured me it would satisfy my needs - it does NOT .... touch pad is cumbersome and rarely functions - would have purchased a keypad but no one suggested it...terrible unit and will be returning it
