I got this tablet for x-mas, and since then, It broke twice. The charger port is delicate and if you plug it in the wrong way once, it dies. Then, It just shut down. Now it doesn't work at all. I recommend to NOT buy this item for children of the age of 10-13.

Words cannot explain how unhappy I am with this product. I initially bought it for school use but it's so complicated and takes me much longer to complete a paper/project etc. Even with the keyboard. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

If you're buying this because you are on Facebook a lot - don't bother. Videos will not play, as Flash player is not supported on this device. I thought I would find a work around and let my time to return this device slip by, but everything I've tried doesn't work. I have researched Android forums, and other posts on this matter, but no luck whatsoever.
It's a cute little device for reading emails, but it is unbelievable that a device that costs over $300 will not support playing Facebook videos. In that way, it is a dinosaur. What a waste.
I am appalled that Samsung would put out a product that won't play video from the most used social media site. Ridiculous!

it doesnt come with advertised version of android os which is kitkat 4.4. i got it home and it has lollipop 5.0.2
