Much faster than dual core, ease of use, other features are standard with good photo quality and video clips, and good amount of applications.

He likes it and uses it to play games primarily. He has never had any problems with it. It maintains a charge for a very long time. Only complaint I have is that it doesn't have enough space for apps. I feel like all tablets should come with plenty of storage space for apps since this is primarily what they are used for.

My grandson loves this tablet. It is fast and works great.

The Galaxy Tab 4 does a great job on Wi-Fi and is very quick to get to sites. One of the great features of the Tab 4 is the Google Maps that can be downloaded and kept for about 3 weeks. This has come in handy when traveling and finding locations without needing a smart phone, because it tracks you by GPS. This is our second Tab 4 and we love it.

I have owned this tablet for over six months and love it for when I'm away from my computer. I have a track phone, no smart phone. So this is great for being on the go. Wi-Fi works great for checking email, banking, etc.. during the day. Great performance.

I'm disappointed that about half the stoarge is used up right from the package becasue Samsung puts on too many preinstalled apps. They cannot be deleted and it's a family tablet so we would want to put many apps on for everybody's interest (and there's only 3 of us). Also, if you didn't know, apps cannot be installed on external memory. I wasn't able to even put 24 apps on the device before it started to tell me it was out of storage space.

Overall great! decent size screen, no lagging which was a surprise, and maintains wifi connection which seems to be an issue with some tablets.

I should have done my research, rather than assuming this unit would have a slot for a micro flash card. (It DOES have a sim card slot.) Had I known that, I wouldn't have purchased this item. Other than that, it seems fine, although thus far I am not impressed with the battery life.

Have had it for four days so far. Love it. Can be a bit laggy sometimes, but its great. I only wish the speaker was in the front, versus in the back; especially when I have to put a case on it. Wouldn't have to turn the volume up on it nearly as high if it were in the front.

Great little tablet, runs ABC mouse.com, and is capable of running multiple other apps and programs, easy for him to hold in hands, light weight.

We bought two of these for the kids ages 10 & 12 they love their tablets. Hours of entertainment for summer road trips ahead. I love that they have the ability to expand the memory. We would definitely buy these again.

My daughter received this tablet for Christmas. She absolutely loves it, says it is the best gift she has ever received. It is the perfect size and so far does everything she needs. We love our samsung products.

I originally was going to purchase a different tablet (a samsung, not sure the exact model), but was told that other one was a discontinued model and they didn't have it stock. I saw this one in the open box section. The price was only $15 more than the one I was planning on purchasing. I was told by the gentleman that this one had more memory and faster processing. The only down fall is the camera isn't the greatest, but it will do.

I actually, bought this for my son. Its a good size. The battery is good.

Bought the Samsung tab for my daughter and have been a long time supporter of Samsung products. She took VERY good care of of the tablet and after 14-15 months it would no longer charge. I brought it to the Samsung desk and they said that even though no apparent abuse it was the charging port and that this model had problems with it becoming damaged from General or even mild use. They said Samsung has since changed its design and that I could call Samsung to see if they would fix this known design problem even though it was just outside of the warranty. After calling Samsung several times and being given incorrect information they finally said that they will not in any circumstance have any ability to ever extend or stand behind their products past the veryimited warranty. The service center that they use said to give them my credit card number to charge $159 (10 more than a new tab costs) if we want them to fix it. I don't mind paying more for a premium product but expect the company to care about providing a premium product, apparently as a company Samsung no longer cares about being a premium product. As such, I will never purchase anything from Samsung ever again and would recommend you consider other options

Nice product . I'm new to tablets and this is easy to work. Originally wanted a 10inch, but there was customer service issues,so I just took this one.

Had my Galaxy Tab 4 for 9 months, as long as it would take to have a baby. It began to slow up, could not connect to internet. Then it began to freeze, and I found myself cutting it off and on constantly. After awhile I could not cut it off. I called Samsung and sent it back, still under warranty. They returned to me a refurbished one that was moving slow. And after 3 days the screen goes dark. I call Samsung to tel them the Tablet is dark. They tell me i'm now not under warranty. I held the phone for a manager, one never came he was ina meeting, after a half hour I hung up and notified the NYS Attorney Generals Office because Samsung is not upholding my Warranty. I want a refund or a new tablet. Let's see how this turns out. No more Samsung for me either. I am still under warranty unti March 25, 2016
