Limited upper memory

I like to make sure they feel equal and that there is no animosity. They attempted to download a popular game and the device locked up. We called Customer Support and after some invested time in order to enable one device we got one working. I realize that certain devices have a limited upper memory, however it would have been nice if that would have been more transparent.
