I had a Samsung tablet before and was familiar with the brand but not how to utilize it . The Samsung Galaxy guy in the store helped me to program my Samsung device which was very good for me. I love the fact that they have a Samsung rep in the beast buy stores they will help you when you don'the understand or know how like me.
