I was looking for a case that could prop up my new tablet and that was not too expensive but functional and this worked fine.

I am having a problem with the tablet. I have been to the Best Buy in St Petersburg to the Samsung rep. Problem had not been solved. I am traveling for the next month, the reason I purchased the tablet so I wouldn't have to take my laptop!!!! Should have brought the laptop anyway!!! I will be returning the unit when I return home to MA!!!

Great little tablet when I bought it but after about a year battery is failing and RAM management is awful.

The only issue was finding the right type of case that I wanted for it. I actually pirchased 10 of them for my staff!

Hard to write a real review after less than a month of use. Has performed as needed with minimal software updates

Waiting to see .. what others think. I believe it is very good.. Need to see it in person besides reading product overall.

very difficult to register and set up once complete..............basic operations.

I wouldn't run out and buy this particular item. They're are too many issues with it for the price you pay.

I gave it as a gift so I have no idea about the product.I did not get any negative comments so it must be good

With a full battery the tablet turned off and would not turn back on, it was only being used for about 5 hours

Ok for streaming and reading out of the box. No good for outside use due to glare from any light sources.

I needed a tablet where I can read all of my e-books on the same platform without purchasing several devices. I use books on Nook, Kindle, and Google Books. And I thought maybe this Tab A 8 would be that device as the screen quality and lighting would not hurt my eyes as much. I was so wrong. This is a decent device but as you use it for a few hours it begins to lag on you. It is painfully slow compared to other basic tablets or even the basic iPad 5th/6th gens. And the screen quality is not that great, the texts comes off a little blurry. So it defeated the purpose of why I purchased it. If there is a silver lining in this, the matching folio case that you can attach to the 2 connector docks on the back is the best case I have ever used. It's a shame that Samsung has not carried that over to their newest Tab A or S models.

Was trying to upgrade moms tablet from cheap brand so I bought this as a gift she didn’t like nearly as much as her cheaper one that cost 50 percent cheaper so wouldn’t spend this much on this tablet she actually gave it back to me and it’s pretty slow I don’t use it

Great tablet for a child. Really like the kids mode. Not the best tablet out there but gets the job done

It is ok for Children use (because of external memory card and we can add more videos for children)

My son uses this for Samsung kids and if you use it for that reason you need more space.

Although I can't reject the beauty of this table as well as its weigh. Screen has a good revolution but the speed of this table sucks. Yah, it sucks. Open an app/ a website takes at least 5 seconds for it to pop up ( didn't include the secondS it loaded the app/page. I wanted to save money so I bought this tablet but then I returned it.

This tablet was a little small for me, it was kind of slow & kept freezing up on different apps.

There is a lag time which I didn't expect with the product. For reading and movie it's great
