Battery life is terrible

Terrible tablet and terrible customer service

I brought it back to Best Buy and received an attitude from the cashier. She told me to contact Samsung. They had me send it back since it is still under warranty and they had it for less than a day. They returned it to me still in their factory test settings and they couldn't get it out. It is a month old and they refuse to reimburse me for it. Do not waste your time or money buying this tablet.
