It takes a long time to charge and it dies quickly.

The port quit working on the tablet and will no longer charge - evidently this is not uncommon. The Geek squad advised it is something that happens quite frequently and it will take about 2 weeks to repair. Not impressed with this product.

Make sure you have a charging block with you at all times. Lasts a couple hours at best... and don't even try to talk to someone at Samsung. Their service is horrible.

This is a very nice tablet, I would have preferred the S2 because the screen resolution is very nice and clear.

Iv only owned this for about 3 weeks. I use it daily...or at least attempt to. *The keyboard has issues and acts wonky. Im not able to type or fill in anything. It freezes/stalls a lot. *I have to restart it several times daily bc if you leave it on for a few hours and come back, it does all the freezing and stalling again. *I have a (lower level so they say) samsung galaxy J7 phone and end up using it instead of this much more expensive tablet. *Also, when charging and using at the same time, it experiences a lot of lag and stalls. Its nearly impossible to use while charging. Im the only one who has used it but it behaves as if its been dropped, tossed, and submerged in water by kids. It was a gift from my husband for my new job and I hate it. Waste of $200!

Decent tablet. Sluggish during set up. Decided not to keep.

what did it cost them to make this 20 bucks? what a cheap & flimsy peace of junk with a K-mart style screen. A decent tablet should cost around 200 dollars today but there charging you 200 dollars for a 20 dollar tablet. If you have a kid in middle school or younger this might be good for them but this is not for Adults. Go with the Nexus 7 or Nexus 9 a huge upgrade over this

Likes to turn off and on about 5 times a day. Very annoying. Must just be samsung since my tv, phone, and both tablets do the same thing. Never again.
