I was struggling to finish my final papers since i had a strict access to a computer. Im not fond of Apple products so an Ipad was out of the question. I needed a tablet that had all of the word processors for a student. all the other android tablets had Hword but i wasnt surer if it would work the same. I saw this one and read the reviews. Def glad i got it. it has become my new bestie. it has saved me many times, and im pretty sure it will continue to do so.

The tablet was a Christmas gift for my husband. He loves it so much he doesn't use his cell phone as much as he use to. It's the perfect screen size and takes great photos.

I've had the samsung galaxy tab 3, and the samsung galaxy tab pro and without a doubt the Tab A is the best I've ever used. The tablets power is unmatched, the battery drains if the brightness is above 50%, the battery takes a but to charge but any tablet is like that. It's sleek, well made, and very light. It's one monster piece of technology I'm glad I dropped 300$ on. ♡♡

Switched from Apple IPad. The Samsung does EVERYTHING the Apple did, but faster and initial cost much cheaper.

The screen is bright and clear. The processor is fast enough. The size is perfect, not too small nor too big.

I have a Samsung laptop, cell phone/watch, four Samsung tvs, and now the Samsung tablet. I think this company leads the way with electronics, and as always I am very satisfied. It was easy to teach my mother since she already has the Samsung Galaxy S4. I love the way all my information was transferred through Google/Drop Box, and other programs already loaded. The pen is a nice added feature, however I wish it had a way to attach to the tablet so I don't lose it.

Needed a new tablet for my son to use at school and this is perfect. Lightweight, dual users and easy to use

I purchased the Samsung - Galaxy Tab A for my husband who is being dragged into the next century. He was satisfied to talk on the landline and get his news from a paper and tv. He is now using his tablet with ease. I'm so glad I bought him the keyboard as well, it made his learning experience easier.

I love this Samsung Tablet - its is compact enough to carry around in it's case/keyboard. I am a photographer and this tablet has very clear graphics. It is very fast as well. We are going to use this when we travel instead of a bulky laptop. Highly recommend.

Mom wanted a larger tablet. Her previous one was a Samsung Galaxy 3 which she liked but felt was too small and not enough internal memory. This larger 16 gig model has plenty of room to download all the videos she needs for the ministry snd meetings. She is keeping the pace! Very easy to use. She is very satisfied.

I've had many cheaper 10" tablets that cost me about $69.00 and I consider them disposable. This year my spouse decided I needed a "real" tablet since I use them so often. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A , fits the bill perfectly. I love how light and slim it is the expandable memory is a must. the charge this tablet holds is very impressive I keep it on and use it all day every day and have to charge it only every other or 3 days. it's fast and the touch screen is highly responsive. I ordered a case and screen protector for it which I haven't not received as of yet. I was a bit skeptical since it came with lollipop installed , but it quickly updated to marshmallow the current android system. I'd love to know if it will update to nougat as it becomes more widely installed. all apps run fast and quickly . I very happy with this. then again.. look at my old comparisons ! I do have to say that once in a while this tablet does lock up on me and I have to reboot it or sometimes do a hard shut down. oddly enough this happens less frequently as I use it. one last note. this tablet is very intuitive as to your habits, accounts etc. sometimes I wonder if I like that it knows and stores so much about me ! because of this I do use a password and lock screen and a tablet disabler installed should it be stolen or I lose it. over all. I'd rate it a high 80% great for the money tablet.

While a tablet can never replace a full size computer or laptop it does come in handy and is quite useful for school-work and related things that require mobility and smaller screen size then a laptop (which can take up your whole desk or work area). In addition the Samsung tablet comes with Microsoft Office fully loaded and this is not a temporary 1 year program but a permanent license use. It also has a great camera and speech to text capability.

Its larger and more powerful then we expected. Easy to use. Love it!

My daughter is a tech addict, and although she has a laptop, smartphone, ipod, TV, etc... she also wanted a tablet "for school." She absolutely loves it, and it has been her companion since Christmas day. It was moderately priced (did a lot of research to get the most I could without spending an arm and a leg), and does everything that she wants. Rep at Best buy said other than the $100 tablets, these were best-sellers this season.

I bought this tablet because I have an S5 phone, and I figured the learning curve would be small. I also liked that it had Microsoft Word and Excel. It was quite easy to learn. Going to the Samsung Workshop for Tablets at Best Buy cleared a lot of little things up. It sometimes reacts a little slowly, but I had expected that having read reviews before purchasing, thus the four star rating. Actually would give it 4 1/2 stars. I would definitely recommend this tabet.
