i am not any where near an expert on technology. I have a apple air iPad that was given to me. My mom really wanted a tablet to play games on like my tablet. Since she has a Samsung cell phone I got her this tablet. I figured it would be familiar to her and I might get a few less questions on how to do everything. I still get a lot of questions but she seems to like it. Her only complaint is she says it freezes up sometimes.

If you are a samsung phone user, you will love the interaction. This tablet is medium price range, does everything its competitors do, plus it has the Samsung features we love like the ability to add memory and save your data with SD cards and that innovative stylus! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product.

so this is my third tablet. kindle first, nexus 10 second, and now this. i like this the best. the size is perfect, slightly smaller than the 10" which i like but large enough to have good viewable area. i already have a smart phone so something larger for surfing the web and reding email is best. so far the tablet is very responsive, graphics are good quality, and the eas of the operating system is a great bonus. i purchased a case with keyboard and since the tablet is so slim the whole package is thinner than my old Nexus 10 was without a keybnoard. this is my go to device for hanging out and surfing the web.

Takes excellent pictures, is easy to use, very nice screen display and pixel color, fast and the battery seems to last longer than most. Good sound and easy to make verbal communications.

This tablet is easy and fun to use, has a long battery life, and bright easy to read screen. The S-Pen makes it even easier and more fun to use the features.

I originally got this tablet because the size is perfect to take to class. Its not heavy and I can use word and other programs on it. Im actually really amazed at how well the pen works. Im an art major and I tried using the pen to do a quick sketch. It is so accurate and detailed. I also like the different effects it can do. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a tablet for college.

I bought the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7" because it was the best size for the value and I love that it comes with a pen stylus. I use it all the time for my square transactions and like that I can hand my customers the pen for their signature. I wish it had a little more internal memory, but Bestbuy did a price match for my 64g micro sd card so I got a really good deal it.

This tablet takes the place of my laptop, except it is faster, even though it is the same WIFI. The size of the screen is just right. The S-pen is really a plus. I would recommend the classes that Samsung reps offer in Best Buy. You will get a better prospective of the things you can accomplish.

I would recommend buying this tablet, while it's still available. I chose it over the newer 10.1, which was too bulky; and the S2, which was too expensive for me at this time. It charged within an hour and was easy to set up, especially if you're used to Galaxy mobile phones. Increasing the brightness and font made up for the lower resolution. The battery life is better than the S2. The tablet size makes it easy to read emails and books, to watch movies, and to use split screens. I like the S Pen and its features, and use it more often than I expected. The one main negative is the "back" key, which does not light up on this tablet.

I had a Tab 2 10.1 in and it was great for what I needed at the time but, now I need more out of my tablet and the Tab A so far is the perfect fit. All I need to do now is probably upgrade my phone to match. Great tablet, Love Samsung.

My husband purchased this tablet as a replacement for my dead laptop. Much more convenient so far, love the battery life. I took this on a trip with my 2 year old, he was able to watch his movie 4 times before it needed charging. Full length movie, Despicable me (he loves mionions). I didn't get the keyboard yet and I'm rocking it caseless, so far so good. A couple of little drops, no problems so far. I did have a little trouble at first, my cell phone is an iphone, so some of the predictive shortcuts are different, but I've gotten very used to it. The storage space seems ample, I currently have 4 full length movies saved on the device with plenty of room left.

I was looking for a quick note-taker to bring along to a conference as part of my job. This tablet has worked wonders. I paired it with the Microsoft universal bluetooth keyboard and they work like they were made for each other. I've seen a few comments about the screen resolution and all I have to say is I have a very active kindle account and netflix account and I couldn't be happier with my tablet. Now that the next set of tablets are out, this one has dropped in price even further. Skype also works well with this tablet, working on the east coast and skyping family and work on the east coast and it went great. Since I ordered this last minute I got the expedited shipping and had it at my door for me the day after I ordered it, which is really saying something for shipping to Alaska.

This is honestly the best tablet i have ever seen, I love this so much. I take all my note in college in it and both my teachers and classmates compliment my notes and i even share them with some classmates. I will seriously purchase another one just to save it because for the price, it's worth it like i love this tablet and everything about it including the size, the weight, the easiness the use and the s note app. And it make my college life a billion times easier, i don't have to carry tons of notebook or notes because i have everything in the tablet. <3 <3 <3 i usually don't write reviews but this tablet man i love it.

I purchased the Samsung Tablet to replace an "Insignia" brand tablet that I had given to someone for Christmas. The original tablet was a nightmare, and had to be returned. Fortunately, the Samsung operates exactly as advertised. It is light, fast, and comes with a keyboard. Excellent

What a great product. I bought this as a gift for my father and he loves it. He is not "techno-savvy" but he is finding this very easy to use and is finding new uses every day. Quality is exceptional. Big bright screen makes for easy viewing. I would definately recommend this product.

Bought this to help me take notes in class and I love it! It's fast and easy to use. Microsoft Office is preloaded on it which is so helpful!

This Tab A has been flawless. All the apps from my S5 phone came across with minimal input from me. It runs faster than my old iPad, doesn't lock up or have any bad habits. I was thinking I needed to pay more to get a high functioning tablet.....I was wrong...a big thumbs up!!!

I bought this to replace a 7" Samsung tablet purchased 4-5 years ago. This wasn't just a larger screen, but a leap out of the stone age!! Screen size... perfect. Ease of use... perfect... but the clear, vivid, smooth action of the "picture" blew me away. The sound, clear, crisp and true is amazing. Processor is smooth and quick. Videos play flawlessly. I can't think of anything negative to say. Great upgrade at a very competitive price. I have already convinced a friend and a family member to purchase this exact tablet! Didn't take much... just 5-10 minutes "playing " with it. DONE DEAL.

I bought this Tablet for my wife. She freakin loves it. She tells me all the time how happy she is with it. It's fast and easy to use. She had a tablet before but it wouldn't let her see video from her Facebook friends, this one doesn't even slow down. We are very Happy !

This is a great tablet large 9.7, but not too large to take along with you. 16 GB storage and you can add much more memory card like I did 64 GB Samsung micro card. speakers sound good and it has blue tooth too to connect your wireless Bose.. Great buy from Best Buy .
