It's a cheap tablet, I bought it for one purpose and it serves that purpose. Don't expect it to be fast or exciting.

Cannot save most files to SD card. It's a design flaw. Check reviews, they all mention the same issue.

Horrible - returned it. Was underwhelming in every way.

It was hard to get help so we just took what we could get our hands on. This was a gift and was liked.

Right now I have to give it a three I've gotten too bad Galaxy Tab a7s in a row I will try one more from Best buy

Disappointed in the battery life. Seems to run down even when tablet is turned off. Otherwise I like it.

Had a tab 8. The new product is not an improvement as far as ease of use and functionality.

Good performance and great for work and family videos/photos. Unfortunately, my only issue is the sad fact that this tablet will not stream 2160p 4K videos online compared to other company tablets. I realized this was when I was at the same site location with both tablets.. and sadly this one didn’t reach 2160p like the other tablet did. It maxed at 1080p

I was told by two team Memeber that the tablets come with pens and which was not true!!!

Was what I thought I would use as reading from internet. Just didn't know had to learn a new "How to Use"

I had to return this item as we wanted the option to connect this through an HDMI cable. It is not supported.

. I didn’t like that I couldn’t get all the icons onto one page & super annoying having to swipe back n forth. So I returned it. I found it challenging to set up as it kept prompting me to set up a google account for emails and I did t need another email account. The keyboard didnt work half the time either. It can w no directions so I packed it up & sent back..

this is my second Samsung tablet that I've tried to purchase and even though it's been 4 years since I purchased the last one they have made zero improvements in fact the functionality has gotten even worse. after spending 2 hours on the phone with Samsung support they couldn't help me get some of the most basic functions to work nor were they even aware that they didn't actually work and this is I think the 2016 model so in 4 years they couldn't figure out that this thing's a complete and utter piece of garbage. do not waste your money on any low end Samsung tablets I wanted this basically as a security monitor and it's not even worth it for that.I will never ever buy another Samsung tablet again The only reason I use a Samsung phone is because I absolutely abhor everything made by Apple because they make the most juvenile products on the market and apparently Samsung is keeping stride and lowering their standards by the day. I've had this tablet for less than 24 hours and I will be at Best buy when they open tomorrow to return this thing.

A Christmas gift for my wife She love it. Always wanted one and know she have one

It's all good except it is not fast like the description said and I added 128 GB memory to it.

It was ok, but it was not really fast and didn’t respond well. Prefer the Apple iPad over this.

Very disappointing. Attempted to save money and bought instead of an IPad. Returned after a week.

Slow to boot up. Shuts off every now & then especially when in its case. Screen picture is good.

Ok but expected better for the price. Thought a new one would be great but not so.
