However video would stutter and freeze every second or two when watching a football game. I also tried Netflix and the video would also stutter so I had to return this and buy another tablet from Amazon. I really wanted to like this tablet since I have a galaxy S8 phone but the mere fact it couldn't play video was quite astonishing and disappointing to me.

Several of the services I use stutter so bad while watching that it is unwatchable. This happens even if I download video to tablet so I know it's not just a wifi issue. And it happens on so many different apps, it can't be an app issue either (some apps work fine). Samsung Support has been no help. So if you are wanting to stream videos on a tablet, do not get this one!

I only brought this because I’m use to buying apple & I wanted to try a different item. It’s clear we are going to stick with Apple . Even if I have to spend a little more .. it’s worth not having to keep running back to return things etc.

Several months ago it kept shutting down and giving error messages, so it was sent for warranty repair. Now it is happening again. Neither has been a virus problem. It worked fine in the beginning and I loved it, but now not so much. I would not recommend this particular Samsung tablet.

It has a great case, didn't damage it, didn't get it wet, it never leaves the house. It won't let me factory reset. It was aprox 90 days so I'm stuck with a $300+ paperweight. Our 10 year old tablet is going strong.

We turned the time limit in setting too 1min till auto turn off. Bad choice of tablet i believe and returning to best buy and thankful we purchased the 1 year warranty plan.

Best buy sent it out for repairs when i get it back i had to return it the very next day with the same problem. So something is causing the battery to drain. I think I will look for something else.

I don't do much but I use it for my work notes as well as social media. It meets all of my needs and I can carry it anywhere without a problem due to its size and light weight.

Every attempt to bypass or reset it failed. we took it back to store Geek squad could not unlock it, called Samsung tech support - no go there. in the end we just returned it as a defect.

You cannot do that when it is a defective part. I am a Samsung user all the way but they failed me this time.
