Where is my tablet never gat too my house and it say deliver

Cant connect to the net work once outside the house

Great little tablet so far. The screen resolution and color is amazing. The only issue I have is that when I pulled it out of the box the backside had three scratches on it like it had been used before or a floor model. I bought a brand new model, thus the reason for the low rating.

Product is a Christmas Gift so have not used. I did use curbside pickup which was the WORST experience ever. No one communicated when someone would come out. Was over a three hour wait and no way to come back at a later time. AGAIN WORST curbside pickup experience

This tablet was not what expected it freezing up,the screen blocking out & it showing the battery image in the opposite position on the left hand side upside down.I had to bring it back to the store.

Buying this table is total loss of money. i had an ipad and thought it was too much money for nothing but now I understand why I should spend more money on a table: sound is horrible muffling here and there, quality of picture is really medium not to say bad

Bought as open box item, couldn't get logged on due to it was requiring a pin number from previous person whom it was sync too. So other words it was not reset to manufacture to be used. Took item back to store for a complete sales full refund.

Given a confirmation that more order was ready, drove 10 miles to Compton warehouse and they where closed. How does that happen, canceled order, best buy lost a lot of points. Will think twice about ordering from best buy again

I bought this just so that I could use it for playstation remote play...for some reason I cannot use it with a dual shock 4 while on remote play...may be songs fault not samsung...so I'm giving it a 3

This product has a misleading pictures. As you can see on pictures there is a cover that comes with it, but in reality when you open the box there is no cover. You will have to buy separately.

Wow what a disappointment normally Samsung's products which I have purchased a many over the years they are normally superior but this particular tablet is a piece of junk

I bought a Samsung tablet. It was mailed to me. I never was able to get it to work. After a day, I returned to the store for a refund. There was no instruction pamphlet with the unit.

Worst tablet i have ever brought. Screen lcd had lines onit after 2 weeks. Now half of the screen is black. Problems charging. Save yourmo ey

Do not buy! Purchased 2 and send them back due to having issues with both of them they have a lot of glitches spend a little more and buy yourself and iPad

I bought this tablet last year forcmy grandson and is notceven the year yet and is nit working problems already.

Had to return item, purchased as pre-own but item was locked to a previous user

Defective. And return policy is only 14-15 days from purchase... PATHETIC.

Slow! SLOW! SLOW!!! Takes forever to charge and moving from app to app is so painfully slow, that I need advil to just use the thing.

Returned, never even opened, after experience with delivery of washer & dryer, i returned. WILL NEVER BUY FROM BEST BUY!!!!
