Not good allto bad i dont like very bad not gooddf

I tried this tablet but did not liked it. Compared to the last year model that it replaced, it feels very plastic. This is not really an upgrade, more of the same with a face lift. I actually think the last year model was a better tablet. They are both slow, so if speed performance is important to you, get a different tablet. This one has smaller Bessel, bigger screen, but... the screen is not tuned in correctly, it is always like to bright and distorted, and it the color balance is awful, way too blue. The sound can be considered an improvement because now it has speakers on both side of the tablet which I will admit creates more of a surround experience, but the speakers themselves are subpar compared to the ones on last year model, which had more base and sounded more tight and better tuned. The Dolby Amos is useless, that is just a gimmick that really doesn't add anything to the sound experience, you can activate it and deactivate or switch among the different options and you won't be able to hear/tell the difference. You can improve more the audio by downloading an equalizer app. So they both slow tablets good enough to consume media, read news articles, watch Netflix but not much else. The display although a bit bigger, it is not well tune and thus doesn't look as good as the prior model, I think this could be fix with a software update if they ever release an update. The sound is about equal except that now you get speakers on both sides for a more immersive experience while watching a movie. Battery last about the same. They are both very finnicky with regard connecting to WIFI, so you might get some issues there. Note that because of the lack of processor performance and display resolution, they to limit the quality of the videos this tablet can play, so although some videos can be watch in 4K on more expensive tablets, the very same video are limited to 720p or 1080p and there is nothing you can do to change it. But for $150 on sale, if all you want to do is watch news, YouTube and don't care about image quality, this tablet can do the job for only $150. Also, horrible viewing angle, and if the movie have a lot of dark scene parts, be ready for a very noisy and washout experience, there are no deep blacks on this tablet. Although the screen doesn't recognize a pen, you can still use one of those pen with the rubber tip and it reacts to it, so it is just like having a pen for navigating the menu.

Love this tablet it plays my games with no problems. I have 3 diffrent tablets and this is the 1st i grab it had never given me any problems

I bought this tablet for my 80 years old mother, it is a good tablet for social media. With a durable case it's still in excellent condition. It has a good resolution and stereo speakers. I still get the latest updates for this tablet. I would recommend this tablet for a friend.

This is honestly one of the best purchases I have made. I get so much use out of this for watching Netflix, YouTube , using Spotify, and reading books and articles. Also useful for music charts as a musician.

no case as advertised , this is wrong to show pics. of a case but not mention it is not included . also no instruction manual included , just a 1 page flyer. it is a nice big tablet however but im out 49.00 to buy a case for it from best buy .

Great gift for my wife! She had been wanting one for awhile so I bought it here at the lowest price on the internet! Excellent service from Best Buy too! She loves it and now... she can read (her favorite pass time) electronic books from B&N and Amazon! And according to some, the lag time is NOT an issue (unless for some reason you need snap-yer-finger-quick?! All else is quite good; picture sharpness and color is really outstanding!! And certainly for the price... no complaints!!!

I got this because I switched my Samsung phone for an iPhone and I missed playing games on my Samsung phone. This is JUST like my Samsung phone except my Samsung phone had more gb. Set up was pretty easy. The only downside is storage. I literally only downloaded one app and I’m at 15gb out of 32gb. WTF!? If the sale is going on get the 64gb. I may return and get the 64gb one.

I bought this tablet because I am a loyal Samsung user. After using this tablet, I would not recommend buying it at all. First, the display is mediocre at best. It lacks the luster that Samsung is known for. The frame rate is poor quality as well as the pictures it takes. 3 GB or RAM was barely enough to play games such as Call Of Duty Mobile and PUBG. While gaming, the game would lag, the speakers cut out, and game play was nearly impossible. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more and buy something of quality. This will be returned to the store.

Purchased this item for my wife to replace an older, broken tablet. She transitioned wtihout any difficulty and is extremely pleased with it. The technician who assisted us was superb.

Good tablet overall. However, if you download a lot of apps you'll be unable to transfer them to the external micro sd card. Not sure if this is a hardware or software problem. If you need more than 19 GB of free space you better go for the 64 GB tablet.

i bought this tablet ( 2016) one. its been the best tablet. no issues what so ever and its still just like the day i got it very nice tablet would definitely recommend
