Connection Issues?

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great tablet for watching videos and movies, if you download them from vudu, etc, because the ability to stay connected to the internet with this tablet is a pain in the butt. First tablet I purchased would not connect, Best Buy replaced it with another one and it has intermittent issues still after a month, Seems this tablet works better on 2.4Ghz than 5Ghz for some reason, can't get any answers to why it has connection issues. If you are thinking about this tablet for online use, research other brands, but for content stored on an sd card, it works great. I must also mention having 4 speakers makes this tablet much louder than the last version with only 2 speakers.

I use it as a "second screen" or as a "white board" for my presentations in ZOOM meetings, and it works perfectly. I can even use it as my primary, or only, device in ZOOM meetings with clients, and it performs smoothly. The video is clear, and the audio is strong.

Samsung Tablet Set-up

He loaded from my old tablet to my new one, said here you go all done. Then said I would have to sign on to some of the apps & if I had questions, to come back. How would I have known, if, there was questions? Coming back and making another appointment? He appeared to be the only one at the counter but I was, also, the only one there.
