A8 tablet arrived in two days on Wednesday afternoon, opened it and fired it up and there was a purple line across the middle of the screen. Contacted Customer Support, no problem, authorized an exchange that would receive in two days on Friday. Checked my account, tablet showed ordered and would arrive in 2 days on Friday. Thursday morning I returned the tablet via UPS. That afternoon, I receive an email the order was canceled, with no explanation. Contacted support again, they said that the new order had somehow been damaged by the shipper the previous night, so they canceled it. No exchange made, failed to send out another unit, just canceled the order. I had to make a new order, despite the promise of 2 day shipping, it will now take four days to arrive. Customer service was really, really bad. I have been BB customer for 20 years, and this was a big fail.

Samsung tables are the best, this is the 3rd table I buy and I been always satisfied

Mine doesnt really work. ive been to geeksqaud like 4 times because it wouldnt charge! ive got it july of 2023 and ive been there 4 times and another 4 times to pick it up. if it wasnt for my protection plan, it would have been expenive to fix.
